3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; 2-Story home just feet from the ocean with backyard!

This beach home has just been fully renovated from top to bottom with a new, more functional lay out and energy efficient systems. This house is just feet from a private beach with wonderful ocean views from the 1st and 2nd floor! It also has a full fenced in backyard (for privacy)!

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 queen (overlooking the beach) bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and a full bathroom on the second floor (plenty of closet space). There is a large open kitchen and large living room with a FULL bathroom and washer/dryer set on the first floor. (Pictures to come this week, just finishing the final touches!).

This is a 5 minute drive from downtown Milford which includes restaurants, entertainment and night life. Also only a 10 minute drive to the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall as well as easy access to I95. This is also only a 40 minute drive into New York City and there is a train station nearby (about 5 minutes) for public transportation.

My family owns a home in this same area, therefore I have vacationed here my entire life. While this might not be the most tropical beach like down south, this is the most relaxing and enjoyable location because the beaches are private and very close to the homes. This area is also located near the center of town so it provides an easy change in lifestyle (restaurants, shopping, night life, etc).

What makes this house unique

The best part about the property is you have the choice to stay in the home, relax in the backyard OR go to the beach. Both options are so convenient it makes is perfect!
