Located in the desirable gated community of Rio Del Sol, on Gerald Ford Bl. 1/2 mi. from Mission Hills Country Club, this charming Casita is perfect for your Palm Springs vacation.

Tastefully decorated with a Spanish flair, this property has 2 master suites w/full baths. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that opens to a Queen size bed to sleep 2 additional guests. Beautiful as well as comfortable furnishings throughout, beamed ceilings, fireplace, & sliding doors which open to the private courtyard and the patio overlooking the lake. The front Courtyard has plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining and a large stainless BBQ for all the great meals you will be cooking outdoors. The back patio is steps away from the heated pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful lake and mountain view.

Palm Springs is a world class golf resort with tennis, a mountain tram that takes you to an 8000 foot alpine climate in 15 minutes with many hiking trails and overnight camping, Living Desert wildlife attraction, Joshua Tree National Park, Indian Canyon hiking trails, and many others; ample shopping, museums, nightlife, dining, weekly Thursday night downtown Palm Springs Street Fair, College of the Desert Swap Meet on Saturday and Sunday and much more.

Close to San Diego and Los Angeles (2.0 hrs); Big Bear snow skiing (1.5 hrs); mountain town of Idyllwild, 1 hr.

Centrally located in the Gerald Ford Corridor of the Coachella Valley in the Charming gated community of Rio Del Sol. We are just 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs with all its great restaurants and Thursday night street fair and just 15 minutes from Palm Desert and El Paseo with great shopping and more great restaurants. Great golf courses nearby include the well known Mission Hills Country Club with its two great courses. Lots of other great golf nearby as well. The famous aerial tramway is just a 15 minute drive where you can go from sea level to an alpine climate in just 10 minutes. Many great hiking trails are at the top of the tram and at other locations throughout the Coachella Valley.
