Beautiful, luxurious, designer decorated and professionally managed four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath property located in the award winning community of Reunion Resort. The home is situated on the 17th fairway of the prestigious Arnold Palmer Legacy Golf Course with a superb view of the Palmer course and the Reunion Grande Hotel.

The property, which is located 30 minutes (28 miles) from Orlando International Airport and 10 minutes (5 miles) from Disney, provides ample accommodation for 10 people. Reunion is a five star gated community with 24-hour security. It offers 10 pools, six hot tubs/Jacuzzis, a spa, two playgrounds, a waterpark, three restaurants, a fabulous Sushi bar and three designer golf courses: Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus. Reunion waterpark and golf courses are available for your use and enjoyment through the owner’s membership. Waterpark and golf privileges are limited to two days for each seven-day rental and is subject to Reunion’s card access and golf fees.

The main house has a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and their own en-suite bathroom. The upper level has a master bedroom with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Palmer golf course, a king size bed, and a Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Also in the upper level is the kid’s bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, two twin-size beds, and its en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom. The apartment above the garage has a private entrance and it offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and living area with a queen-size sofa bed. Central air-conditioning, private pool, clothes washer/dryer, free wireless internet, free calls within the USA, and cable TV are some of the many amenities offered. High chair, umbrella stroller, and pack ‘n play are available upon request at no additional cost. The private pool is not heated but the water temperature is very comfortable from April through October. The Seven Eagles pool is heated year-round and available for your use.

About Marc and Gisele

We are a family of three who love spending time at Reunion Resort. We work in Washington, DC and live in Maryland. In 2012, we decided to place our house for rent to help us pay for the expenses associated with its ownership and maintenance. When you rent our property you will be guests at a five-star luxury resort- Reunion Resort. Those you see around you on this gorgeous resort will be either owners or guests, most of whom Reunion Resort has booked directly from their rental pool. Rather than placing our property in the hands of the Reunion Resort rental pool and get a tiny amount to cover our costs, we decided on an experiment: to rent on our own. By slashing prices up to 65% off what Reunion Resort would charge you for our property, we are covering a little more than we would if in the Reunion Resort rental pool. Why go to all the trouble? Well, the little more is significant to us to be sure, but allowing so many a chance to holiday at Reunion Resort, who otherwise could not afford their rates, has proved an unexpected delight. Nothing brings us more joy than the expectation of another happy family who gladly report having the time of their lives - and we helped make it happen!

We fell in love with Reunion the first time we visited the resort in 2007. We have returned every year since our first visit, renting homes in the different communities within the Resort. In 2011, we finally decided to buy our house in the Liberty Buff community.

What makes this house unique

Our home has one of the very best views in Reunion, if not the best. It overlooks the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course and the Grande Hotel. This amazing view can be seen from the living room front porch, and the upstairs master bedroom balcony. It is peaceful and serene.

So Wonderful!

We loved this house! It is decorated beautifully! The layout is perfect with kids. The backdoors opens right up to a patio area that is great for kids to run around on the grass. It overlooks the gold course. So beautiful and so peaceful! It is a great meeting house where you could host a party. The pool is nice too. We didn't use it much cause the weather was a little chilly. There is an alarm on the door that leads to the pool, so you will always know if a child gets out that door - it's great! The apartment is beautiful too. The house is very cozy! We had a wonderful family reunion! Thank you for your beautiful place. We hope to be back and will tell our friends about you guys!

The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. We all enjoyed the view, wonderful community and restaurants. Grocery store and shopping center is just around the corner as well. Our kids were spoiled with the variety of activities – pools, water park, game room. It is very close to Disney Parks, outlets and malls, yet it is a relaxing quiet place. The owner was very responsive and made the entire stay run extremely smooth. Overall, we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation

Wonderful House, Amazing Hosts

My family did a return trip to Reunion this year and stayed at Marc and Giselle wonderful house. 1st floor room was great for the grandparents and master suite upstairs with the kids each having their own bathrooms was a perfect lay-out for us. Out front is literally right on the tee, and so nice to sit on the well appointed furniture and have happy hour while watching the golfers.
The garage apartment was beautiful and accommodating for our weekend guests with a 2 year. He was able to quietly nap while we enjoyed the patio and the kids cooled off in the pool. The pool bathroom was a great feature so kids were not running wet into the house.
Cooking was a joy due to the open floor plan, so you could enjoy the huge tv, and conversation while being in the kitchen.
The owners were very helpful and available. We added a grill, rental of the apartment, and extra guests to our days at the water park. Giselle returned calls and emails immediately and had everything worked out on our arrival!
Thank-you for a amazing vacation! We will be back.

Beautiful House

My family stayed at the house the first week of March and we were thrilled with the accommodations. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The view over the golf course was amazing! The location is ideal, as you are close to all the attractions, but can come home to your own private oasis. Our kids loved the water park, and were content to spend the whole day there. The owner's were very helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We would come back without hesitation.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
