3 bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse condo that fully meets ADA standards

Master bedroom has a king bed with full bath, including a jetted tub. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with a small office area and full bath including a tub. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath including a tub. Full gourmet kitchen with open dining and living areas. Small powder room is right off the foyer. 3 balconies (2 in 2 bedrooms) give you enough room to enjoy the piney smell of the mountains. Gas grill with gas hook up so no carrying those pesky tanks up and down. 2 elevators in the building to give you the ease of access needed to the penthouse floor.
