A private beachfront villa and only 8 minutes from the town center and all its amenities like shops, supermarkets, all type of restaurants and disco's and bars.

'Villa Playa' offers if you like a range of extra services designed to make your holiday pleasant and comfortable. It is an ideal place for a family holiday and/or with friends but also ideal for special events such as honeymoons or company incentive trips.

Imagine a fabulous beachfront villa for your family or group. 8 bedroomd for in total 16 guests with private swimming pool, on the beach, in a quiet corner of the Dominican Republic.

This caribbean style villa makes you feel at home from the very first moment you step into it. Warm colors and wooden interiors.

The private outdoor pool with swim-up bar is fully furnished with deck chairs. Treat yourself to refreshments while enjoying the balmy Caribbean clime.

The villa has round-the-clock surveillance guaranteeing safety and privacy.

The beach is right at the bottom of the garden ….! And always within your eyes...

8 spacious air conditioned bedrooms (7 with airco and 1 with ventilation) are at your disposal. The master bedroom on the top is spectacular... large, private terrace with seating area and bar, large bathroom with bathtub and indoor salon.

The kitchen is fully equipped where the Chef (optional) can prepare a vast range of local and international specialties just for you!

Help in the breakfast is included but you can also order your meals a la carte or simply enjoy preparing them yourself. The villa has a number of comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas ideal for relaxing.

Let the chef (optional) spoil you with recipes only he knows the secret to or ask the barman (optional) to prepare a delicious cocktail for you while you wait for the boat to be prepared for a day´s deep sea fishing … To ensure your holiday is comfortable and carefree a range of services are available, some included in the rent and others on order.

Las Terrenas: once a small fishermen village and now an international hotspot where locals and foreigners are living next to each other.

Las Terrenas has vibes and when driving around on your quad or by foot over the beach, you will feel this vibe everywhere... Las Terrenas is not comparable with any other place

Las Terrenas is located in Samana, one of the most natural locations in the Caribbean and now with new roads so very good access.

Samana is full of mountains and beaches. The Bay of Samana is famous for the whale watching in the season.

Samana has the MOST spectacular beaches from the Caribbean. We have large beaches like Playa Rincon and we have the smaller ones like Playa Moron and then we have the ones with more difficult access like Ermitano and Onda.

Normal transport here is going around on a quad... Las Terrenas is one of the very few places in the world where everybody uses a quad/atv.
