My friends and I stayed at the Lazy 8 Ranch for a girls getaway and we had a fantastic time !
We arrived in Cave Creek expecting warm weather but was met with a storm. The change in weather took us by surprise but thankfully this home was fully equipted for any event. In the center of a beautifully decorated living room was a circular fireplace , in the garage was plenty of wood ,so we made a fire and watched movies on the incredible Plasma screen T.V and DVD. We marveled at the luxurious surrounding and found ourselves grateful for the strorm . We had a great time staying indoors , watching the desert scenery outside the large bay window change with the storm, was a surreal experience . There were beautiful birds outside our window every day , rabbits under the citrus trees in the morning and the distant sound of coyote's at night . The house is all it is advertised as and more. The kitchen is perfect , the bedrooms spacious and clean, gorgeous tile throughout and a private bathtub in the master bedroom . The property is serene and beautiful . There was even a grapefruit tree loaded with fruit . Fresh grapefuit just outside the front door , picked each morning added to our breakfast and was another unexptected delight .The Wi Fi was easy to connect to as well .
We dined at Chef Sara's Raw and Vegan Academy and had the best lunch we have ever had. We hiked at Spurs Crossing conservation area when the sun came out and shopped everywhere.
If you are looking for a clean, spacious , beautifully decorated home that oozes comfort , this is the place.We had a problem figuring out the DVD and called the property management team . They arrived within ten minutes and promptly figured out the issue for us, which was an operational one on my part. We loved this home and hope to come back again. Everything about it from inquiring about the availability , the lease , security deposits and even finding it in the dark when we arrived , was a breeze. We definitely will be returning . This place is awesome .
