This beautiful townhome is located in the enclave of Greystone Court homes - a quiet location and private road that is close to everything Beaver Creek has to offer. You ski directly to the main lift or ski school from Greystone. This home is 3 levels and over 3200 square feet of living space - the top and middle levels have full views of the ski slopes.

The upper level has vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a high definition flat screen, sound system, DVD player, and an expansive deck facing the ski mountain. There is also a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining rooms that comfortably seats 10.

The middle level has two large bedrooms with private remodeled baths and King Beds. The Master Bath has both a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The laundry room is also on this level. Between the Great Room level and the second, is a door leading to the private snow melted patio and fully equipped hot tub guaranteed to sooth aching muscles and warm the body.

The lower level includes two more bedrooms and private baths as well as the mud room and one car garage. One bedroom has two twins and the other has two bunk beds (4 twins) and a private bath.

Beaver Creek is ideally located, only 30 minutes from the Eagle Airport or a two hour drive from Denver. We have a garage, but you really don't need a car if you plan to stay in Beaver Creek and dine out - Dial-a-ride will take you anywhere you want to go. Beaver Creek is also connected to Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch for a 'Village to Village' skiing experience. If you plan to cook at home, or leave Beaver Creek you will want your own transportation. There are grocery stores, more restaurants and plenty of shops in nearby Avon, Vail, and Edwards. At nice outing for those who do not ski.
