This premier complex has a selection of attractive, spacious and uniquely furnished 2 bedroom units, located just a short 5 minute walk from The Quicksilver chairlift and ski slopes, plus is only a half block walk to Main Street with all the great shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife that Breckenridge has to offer or, take the free bus right outside the complex to any other peak!

Our Condo has a gas log fireplace, gourmet Kitchen, full size washer/dryer and Balcony with Private Hot Tub. It also features Free high speed internet and a private individual garage

This wonderful complex has great amenities too: Two over-sized outdoor hot tubs, two state of the art exercise rooms, steam shower, games room, along with conference/meeting facilities, heated walk and driveways, free parking plus on site check in.

New Years Eve at Breck

The 3 br condo was as described, spacious, full kitchen, nice three bedroom, three bath unit, close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. The facilities offered at the Corral were also very nice. Unfortunately it was a very cold few days for us because the heat did not work properly. When we first arrived the unit was very cold and it took several hours for most of the unit to heat up because the unit has radiant heat. The upstairs never did heat up despite numerous calls to the management. The temperature went down to about -15 on one of the nights, so an unheated master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Cleaning was also not the best. In all common areas the unit was very clean, but the fold out beds had dirty linens in them and there was trash from previous renters in the garage. Despite the heating problem and cleaning issues in 2 spots, I would stay here again and recommend this unit.

We have attended to the issue of crumbs in the sleeper sofa. It sounds as if there was a lapse in communication; extra linens are always available in the closets of each unit, and guests may request extra linens beyond that supply. The front desk staff is available 9 am until 10:30 pm daily.

We apologize for any inconvenience from the issues with the heat. We believe the issue has since been resolved. The unit has a gas fireplace in the Living Room, which creates a cozy, warm touch to our beautiful winters.

Nice condo, close to town and slopes

The condo itself was very nice with good size rooms. Easy walk to town and fairly easy walk to the quick silver gondola. The only negative was that it was 9 below outside and the heat in the upstairs bathroom and bedroom did not work at all! We had maintnance over several times who kept saying it was fixed but it didn't come on at all the whole weekend! Finally they brought over some electric heaters to take the chill out of the room. There were also no linens for the pull out couch upstairs and the cleaning crew has not looked inside the pullouts for some time. There was a lot of food in the couch. Overall it was a nice condo and convienent to everything.

Breckenridge Ski Resort will be open from Nov 08 through 20 April 2014.

There are four skiing mountains: Peak 7, 8, 9, and 10, for beginner skiers through expert and Peak 6 is scheduled to open this season. We have the highest lift in North America on Peak 8, at 12,995 ft! You can walk from The Corral (less than 250 yards/5 minutes) to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9, which is a beginner lift and links to the entire Breckenridge Ski Area.

The bus stop with free shuttle service to all Breckenridge access points, is right outside the complex. All buses are free, both within Breckenridge and between Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

You Epic ski pass or 3 day + lift ticket, grants you complimentary access to all these resorts plus Vail and Beaver Creek. Transportation to Vail and Beaver Creek can also be arranged through our partner Fresh Tracks

Elevators in every building make every floor easily accessible. Our bathrooms are not ADA compliant, but only the bedroom in the loft requires stair access. You may have a private one-car garage or heated surface parking plus large storage closet for skis and equipment, depending on availability for the time of year you book. We are kid-friendly! We offer complimentary DVD rental for our guests, including a range of movies for adults, including comedies, dramas, action, and horror. During ski season, we host an apres-ski with coffee, hot chocolate, and snacks every afternoon!
