This condo is clean, well kept, and decorated with impecable taste. The view from the porch is spectacular - a perfect way to start and end each day. All the necessities of home are in the kitchen (except a dish drainer). The sand is white, the beach is clean, and the water clear, but expect a crowd on the beach. Due to the size of the Majestic Sun complex, the beach in front of the Seascape complex is almost always packed with people. Beach service is available (40$/day for an umbrella and 2 chairs. There is also a convenient tiki bar that makes fabulous drinks, for a fabulous price. The complex is within a short distance to the grocery, outlet shopping, and almost any other area of interest Destin has to offer. Bottom line, we will visit again.

We loved this condo and the service that we got from Southern Resorts was wonderful. Everything was so clean and the condo had everything that we needed. We were able to check in a day early with no problem and did it all by e-mail! We will stay there again next year for sure!

Our room (813a)was very clean and very well equipped with all the necessities (kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans we could ever hope for! even a blender, coffee machine and toaster!!) which helps to cut down on baggage. Its roomy for all 7 of us that came and the view was great!!!

The condo was perfect! Loved the decor, furnishings, etc. I could tell that it is well maintained. Very clean. Great location. The girls loved having the indoor pool. It was an added plus.

Four of us (me, my wife and two sons - 2 and 5 years old) spent 3 nights at Majestic Sun #813A condo. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will go back and maybe ask for the same condo if available. Great location - walk across the street to hit the beach. Convenient - short drive all great restaurants. Great room - has the living room and the master bedroom facing the ocean with patio access. Comfortable - clean, spacious, well furnished. Good place to say and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at the Majestic Sun! The fact that we were on the 8th floor made any road noise from old 98 inaudible. We also had a great view of the beach both during the day and at night on the spacious and shaded deck. The condo itself was up to date and very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to a couple or a family.

The property was very well maintained and the rooms were really nice. The parking deck was also a nicety. We had an oversized balcony, with a GREAT view!!! My kids LOVED having an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and a hot tub! The only complaint that we had was the rudeness of the 'pool police'. We would take our propery ID tags off when at the beach in fear of losing them and would forget to put them on when simply making a quick trip to or from the room. In order to enter the pool area, you must have the ID bracelet, or you get scolded like a child.

We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay at Majestic Sun. It was fabulous! We needed a family vacation and a get away spot, and we found it at Majestic Sun. The home we stayed in was great, accomodated our family perfectly. We hope to return next year

JACKIE B. AUGUST 4-13 2008 WE HAD A WONDERFUL TEN DAYS AT MAJESTIC SUN . THIS WAS OUR 3TH TIME TO STAY AT MAJESTIC SUN, WE HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE POOL AND THE BEACH. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE COND. IT IS LOCATED ON THE BEACH, HAS A GOLF COURSE BEHIND IT, AND THE SHELL OUTLET MALL, LOTS OF THINGS TO DO. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN.
