Powder Ridge 1A is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a total of 1,800 square feet of living space! The great room offers your family or group an open space to be together while watching TV and fixing food. The living room area has a large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR, a Roman-style hot tub at one end and a large deck off the front of the condo. The wood burning fireplace creates a nice ambiance for relaxation after skiing or hiking. The open kitchen and dining area offer plenty of seating for six to eight people and make fixing food and socializing effortless! The 3 bedrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The Master bedroom has a King bed and large screen TV and a full Master bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and full bath; and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twins, also with its own full bath. For an extra guest or two, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a powder room near the livingroom.
