5 Bedrooms + Sofa Bed in Great Room, 4 Full Baths, walk-in shower (Sleeps 10-12)

Spacious 5 bed, 4 bath home. 2 Master Suites with walk-out to Private Pool and Spa. Spa Heat is included in all of our rates. Will accommodate 12 guests at a fraction of the cost when compared to renting hotel rooms. Share the experience (and the cost) with your freinds and relatives in one BIG House!

WHY RENT OUR VACATION HOME? We actively participate in the maintenance and upgrades of our vacation home on a regular basis. We offer Leather Furniture, 'Pillow-Top' Mattresses, TV (with Cable) and DVD in all 5 bedrooms, a 55' LCD HD TV in the Great Room, a 200 DVD Library, free high speed internet, free worldwide long distance, monitored security system, baby equipment and child protective devices, and a BBQ grill.

Private and Scenic view of a conservation area (no neighbors behind the property) and best of all our vacation home is within the West area of Kissimmee, FL in the Indian Creek (short term rental) Community only 3 miles from Disney World!

We found this to be a perfect location to visit the Disney and Universal. Unfortunately for us the weather was rain, rain and more rain. Highly unusual for Orlando this time of year. The location being so close to everything made the weather only a slight inconvenience as we could return "home" easily,Having the hot tub in the rain was perfect.The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet.
The home is beautifully maintained and nicely decorated. Very comfortable with all kitchen items one would need IF you are eating in.Plenty of linens etc. Very close to stores and restaurants. We were only a party of 2 but great for a large group with 2 masters .another bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 singles each.Owners very pleasant and attentive.We have used HomeAway for many vacations and this stands out as a great experience.

The place was clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions that I had up until my arrival and throughout my stay! The pool is a good size and is a bit more private compared to other vacation homes near Florida. The place is exactly like the pictures so there are no surprises.

Myself, my 2 friends and our 3 teenage daughters stayed at Kevin's home for 10 days while we were in Orlando for a dance competition and we had the time of our lives. The place was beautiful, clean and convenient for us to get wherever we needed to go. The booking went smoothly and Kevin answered my questions immediately. Would recommend this home to anyone. Perfect Vacation home!

My family recently rented this beautiful home. Kevin sends a packet with a ton of useful info upon booking. He was very accommodating and quick to respond throughout our entire rental process. The home is immaculate and stocked with everything one could need. The beds are extremely comfortable! My kids absolutely loved the pool/spa and were anxious to leave the Disney parks to get home to the pool. I like that Kevin didn't charge extra for spa heat...after all it's not a spa without heat. If you are reading reviews trying to decide whether to rent a home or stay at a hotel I highly recommend the home! At a hotel once you put the kids to bed you are stuck in the room unlike a home where you can put them to bed and sit by the pool. We were able to leave the crowds of disney behind and relax in our own private home minutes from Disney.
