About Gary & Deb Nadolny
We live in northeastern Wisconsin and love to be outdoors in the beautiful summer months. It has been our dream to own a vacation home someplace warm where we can escape some of the cold winter months.
Gary & Deb Nadolny purchased this house in 2012
Why Gary & Deb Nadolny chose Cape Coral
We traveled to Cape Coral several years ago to visit family in South Florida. We liked the area so much that we returned the next year and decided to purchase a vacation home of our own. Cape Coral is the ideal location close to the warm waters of the Gulf, a short drive to Fort Myers and world famous Sanibel Island and only a 2-1/2 hour drive to Walt Disney World in Orlando.
What makes this house unique
We wanted someplace quiet and relaxing yet close to golfing, fishing, boating, beaches, shopping and dining. We found the perfect home on a canal in a quiet, safe neighborhood and completely furnished and redecorated Villa Papaya in 2012. We have Gopher Tortoises and protected Florida Burrowing Owls nesting next door.
