Deep water dock with sunset views all year long! The expansive view includes myrtle island to the south, palmetto bluff, west across the river and the oyster house and old town to the north.
About Patrick Simoneaux

My wife and i have been long time bluffton residents and raised our two children at this home. The children are grown now and we are semi-retired and live just a few miles away. With the birth of our first grandchild we have begun to spend more time back at the old homestead to enjoy family. All of our children's friends still love to come over when the house is not occupied to jump off the grand diving board they used as children.

The sunsets here are often photographed and published in local and regional magzines. The river is expansive and provides a low horizon to the west. And the best thing is all year long.

What makes this cottage unique

21 feet of water at high tide and no bridges to navigate the May river offers excellent access to the calibogue sound and the ocean. Harbortown yacht basin is just minutes away.

Convenient to downtown (oldtown) bluffton just a mile and 1/2 away. Walk bike or golf cart to the hospitable oldtown for shopping, drinking or dining. Also site see the historical hayward house and church of the cross, along with the fripp house and seven oaks, to mention just a few. Venture out to hwy 278 (fording island rd.) just two miles away for all the convenience of the big box stores and world class tanger outlets 1&2.
