Great house, close to everything, wonderful owner
First of all, the owner of this house is great! She was so accommodating, helpfull and full of information before we left that we had no worries.
The house was perfect for our family of four but could comfortably accommodate two more. The owner was worried that we would be disappointed that some of the sand on the beach had been washed away in storms but we loved it. There are perfect beaches all over the island but we put on water shoes and every day the boys walked the rocks and iron shore searching for treasures! we found the best shells right there in the cracks as well as baby crabs, a sea apple type creature and other fun things,
The house is perfectly situated near enough to the airport but also close to downtown, Peace and Plenty and Minns. We drove South to explore one day and North another and found so many wonderful places! Don't be afraid to go down dirt roads!
We had an absolute ball here! Ellen, thanks so much for renting to us for such a fabulous week on your beautiful island!
