Hip, modern loft just blocks from trendy new East 6th strip

East End Historic district... New listing!!!!! Hip, modern 750 square foot loft!! This place is amazing! 1 bedroom with a new Euro-pillowtop mattress. Half wall into living area. Wireless high speed Internet, cable and a flat screen TV, mp3 player. Vintage post modern album console for playing the albums on the wall of the original hipsters doing their thang! Private shady retreat with fenced back yard & sitting area. Walk or ride one of the bikes to the East 6th Street trendy clubs, restaurants and cool vintage shops. Or to the historic 11th Street iBiz district with the famous Longbranch Inn. Downtown is just a bike ride away. UT campus is so close you can save time and money by riding the bikes to the games!!!. I am a chef and I am very easy going , respectful and fun!! If you need a ride to and from airport or the festivals I can help, with no charge of course.

The loft was Awesome!!

The loft was awesome, modern, clean and peaceful. It was close enough to everything my fiance and I wanted to do on the lower east side (drink, eat and people watch). Tyler was very accommodating and is an awesome communicator, which was awesome since our trip was so quick. Thank you, Tyler! We had so much fun in Austin!
