Spacious home

"We enjoyed our stay in Vegas for business using this home as our base. It is a spacious home only 7-10 minutes from the Convention Centre and the Strip, but you will need a car or taxis. There are four bedrooms, three with double/queen beds and one with two singles, a well appointed kitchen, a private pool and very good hi-speed Internet. It would be a good property for a family or families needing a Vegas base."

Spacious and tidy with all the conveniences of home

Our family (two adults, two teens) recently rented this house during a weeklong stay in Las Vegas. It was easy to find - nearly a straight shot from the Strip in less than 15 minutes. It is also only a couple of minutes from the Boulder highway which leads to Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. A grocery/drug store is located in a near-by strip mall.

The house itself is older and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The bathrooms have been nicely renovated and some small toiletries have been provided. There are two large tvs, and the one in the family room also has a Blu-ray player. The pool is not heated and was a little chilly (even for these polar bears!), but there is plenty of deck furniture to enjoy the sunny backyard.

Mary was quick to respond to all of our questions and thoughtfully provided water bottles on ice upon our arrival. She refunded our dmage deposit promptly and without question.

Had a blast traveled with my four kids my wife and friends and wow theres so much space everything we needed there stores close by the pool was amazing the bomfire pit awsome too I would really recomend this property definitely coming back in a few months THANKS MARY best hostess ever :)

Bells and Whistles

Very nice and comfortable home with all the bells and whistles. They had 2 flat screen tvs, fireplace, fire pit, shower with massage jet streams, BBQ grill, pool, clean bedding and comfortable beds. She even gave more towels than we could use. We had a great time and it was only 10 min or less to the strip. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

This rental was clean and well kept up. There was plenty of room. We were traveling with a dog and there was a nice fenced yard for her to roam in. Everything we needed was in the house. Lots of room for lots of people! Mary was very flexible with check in/check out times. Our deposit was returned quickly. We had a great time and plan to use this house the next time we are in Vegas!
