Fully furnished apartment in the heart of Palermo, a safe and excellent location of Buenos Aires, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, a bakery at the corner downstairs, located near Tango events, parks, a short walk to the rosedal (rose garden) where you'll find free outdoors concerts on Sundays, walk to Zoo and botanical garden, outstanding public transportation (the Palermo metro stop, 22 bus lines, and a train stop are all on Santa Fe Ave, a short two block walk, but far enough not to hear or see any of it). Take a look, I think you may love this place and become a regular.
The Palermo Loft is a comfortable and peaceful place to stay at in the busy city of Buenos Aires. At 80m2 (860 sqft) it is quite spacious, larger than most and newer apartments. It accommodates two persons very comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 4 (on futon or we can bring in an extra mattress for long stays). It's also great for guests who want a nice hardwood floor to practice yoga.

I love the location of the Loft. I used to go dance Tango in the milongas of Buenos Aires until dawn, have late breakfast at the Café right downstairs from the apartment, walk to the rose garden with maté and media lunas, then go practice some tango, and start over. On vacation of course. I otherwise play an instrument called the bandoneon and focus on Argentine Tango music which is why I have this apartment. Almost as good as the vacation part, but it's actually work. This apartment is my connection to the world of Tango and my place of inspiration.
As for the apartment itself, I always dreamed of a place with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The first time I saw it, I knew this was it. Modern, comfortable and there was something relaxing about it. Each time I arrive, it feels like coming home, grounding, and relaxing after spending a day in the busy city of Buenos Aires. It's also one of the few locations where you can just walk out the door and in one direction take the metro and be anywhere in the city in very little time, and walk in the other direction to escape the city, go jogging or spend time at the botanical garden, the Zoo, the horse race tracks (like Gardel), or the rose garden without having to take a bus, a cab, or a metro. Feels great!
All these are around the block: The Exposition Center 'La Rural' where they have horse shows, Tango & fashion shows and other expos. On Godoy Cruz, there are several small shops selling empanadas, photocopy & print shop, a new yummy take out place (complementing the french take out that's already on the corner of Juncal and Oro), and a very affordable laundry wash & fold . A small neighborhood market is right across the street from the Loft, very convenient for buying supplies & groceries. A small healthy organic market is on Godoy Cruz.
