Relaxing vacation for our family of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Tiki Honu'! A lovely, walkable, quiet neighbourhood far enough away from the 'hub' yet short drives when we did want to go out. The home was lovely and far more spacious than the pics show, very clean, moderrn, relaxed decor. Unexpected sitting room next to entry was a real bonus space - although our family, which included 3 teenagers, had PLENTY space elsewhere. Beautiful, very well stocked kitchen. Loads of space in master suite and ensuite. Pool was warm and had plenty of use. Enjoyed Christmas breakfast on the patio. Visited Boca Grande beach 3 times (I would urge anyone to go there...beautiful, 20 minutes from house and not crowded. Go as far as the historic lighthouse, stay the afternoon, and watch dolphins swim in the channel as we did). Grocery stores closeby, plenty of shopping 10-15 minutes away, enjoyed golf nearby (loads of courses), several other beaches a short drive away, Sharkey's, downtown Venice shops, Myakka State Park (if you enjoy wildlife then definitely take the tour on the large airboat). Overall a great first VRBO experience with friendly management, making check in/out easy. Thanks for a great vacation spot!
