NEXT TO THE STRIP, PVT. HOT TUB, GATED COMMUNITY. VISIT VEGAS IN STYLE

This condo is in a quiet little community about 2 miles from Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip). It was a $12 cab ride to the Bellagio each day (not including tip) - I was there for a conference. At first I was a little worried that the area looked sketchy but I was actually very nice and I felt quite safe. The convenience of having my dogs with me, an extra bedroom so that my mother could stay and have a vacation too, and having a kitchen made this a great alternative to staying in a hotel on the strip. The condo is exactly as described in the photos and write-up. It is well appointed inside although the bed in the master bedroom is so high that I almost had to use a step stool to reach it. This was probably the only real downside that I could mention. One thing that I really appreciated was the customer service. Blair made sure that we were informed about everything along the way. From our reservation to our departure we terrific informative emails about how to get into the property, what the gate codes were, how to run the appliances, access the wireless, etc. He also responded very quickly to emails. This can make or break a homestay and so I appreciated the information and response very much. I would stay there again.

Very convenient to the Strip. Unit is clean and comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. Difficult to find upon arrival and exterior not well lit so it was a bit daunting to get in. Manager is very responsive to emails and housekeeper answered our call to talk us through finding the key. We took our dog and it was nice to be able to leave her for periods of time to eat or gamble. Hotels generally limit the time you can leave them, if they allow it at all. Kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you might need. Did not use the hot tub as it's very big and would take a long time to heat up. Heat is uneven through the house so I ended up using the throw blankets they provide pretty much whenever we were in the house. Downstairs bathroom was so cold I never used it but bedroom I slept in was a comfortable temperature. In the summer, it's probably very cool though. All in all, I would definitely consider staying here again, particularly for the proximity to the strip.

We arrived on Friday evening in the dark but had very good driving directions from the owner.
The condo was spotless & well supplied. There were condiments & coffee in the refrig/freezer & sparkling new small & large applances to make the kitchen complete.
The hot tub was ready & waiting for our use (which was also spotless).
We felt safe & secure. I didn't give a second thought as to leaving our belongings when we left.

The rodeo finals were in town but the traffic was not a problem. Great location.

This was the first time to use VRBO & will do it again.

We are looking forward to staying there again.
