House with swimming pool and three bedrooms, one suite. Sleeps nine people.

Rent p / season, weekends, New Year's Eve, Mardi Gras, etc. .. a beautiful and charming two-story house with three bedrooms (all with air conditioning), one suite with breathtaking views of the Serra da Bocaina upstairs. Kitchen with 4 burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Large living room with 3 sofas and comfy, sky TV 43 ``, DVD, Ap sound. Room with double bed aux. and bedroom with two single beds (bicamas). The house has a spacious bathroom with barbecue, laundry, a gorgeous pool and a spacious terrace with hammocks. I provide bedding. Internet access. Safe and quiet place, close to the most beautiful waterfalls in Paraty is located in chamosa ('Paraty-Cunha') Gold Road, 10 minutes drive from the historic center, has as its reference point the 'Mini Royal Road' (Park thumbnail of Gold Road). Sleeps nine people.
