The Manor is a 6 Bedroom, eclectic, designer decorated, European country house at the ocean. It is a beautiful year round home, whether it is a time of year to enjoy the pool or the fireplace! The main section of the house dates to 1800 and the house is a spacious and intriguing structure. Widows Walk overlooking the pool, sweeping brick terraces, a charming veranda, spacious pool area, kayaks which launch directly behind the house, 2 living rooms, 3 full baths, washer and dryer, large kitchen / dining area with fireplace. Very private property and spacious, charming home. Come hide and relax in a world all your own, yet close to everything. 15 min to Southampton's or Westhampton Beach's Main Streets. 1 hour and 30 min to Manhattan.

I have been renting to weekend, weekly, and seasonal guests in the Hamptons and Manhattan since 1999.

I live on the UWS in a Garden Duplex Apt and at The Manor on Rampasture Point, let my home be your home for your next special get away or occasion.
