Beautiful brand new contemporary 4 story townhome with 4 bedrooms. Ocean Pearl is a quiet and private community with only 10 properties. In front of the ocean, this place is sure to please you.

Your own private elevator takes you every floor you want to go .

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a round king size leather bed, a 50 inch Plasma TV and yout own private bathroom with glass wall shower.

Then, on second level, you have your living area, dinning area, kitchen and a small bunkbed bedroom with 2 televisions ! The living area boost a great state of the art entertainment system with a 3D-60inch plasma TV, XBox, Direct TV and WiFi.

The kitchen has amazing BOSH and Viking appliances and a 5 cooking zone gaz cooktop. This floor has a half bathroom.

Then comes the 3rd floor. Two king size bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies. The first one has a king size euro design leather bed, a 50 inch Plasma TV and a euro sofa ( futon). That bathroom has a large size bathtub with an independant glass wall shower. The other bedroom on the 3rd floor has a white leather king size bed and a set of twin bunk bed, making it the perfect room for a family to share while travelling with friends. It has it`s own bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination as well as a private balcony and a 32 inch Plasma TV.

Then, it`s off to the terrace ... my favorite place ! You have your own amazing Jenn-Air gaz grill (BBQ) with searer, oven ( yes an oven ). You also get an outdoor sectional sofa, lounge chairs and a outdoor dinning set. Watch amazing sunset with views of the city. At night, we go out here with the kids to look at the stars. The breeze is amazing.

About Josee Beauchamp Barbeau

We are a family from the south shore of Montreal , in Canada. My husband lived in Florida during his childhood and, this is where we meet, back in 1993 ! We moved back to Canada in 1997 and since then, have been waiting for the right time to someday, go back and live year round in Florida. We owned cellular phone stores in the province of Quebec under the Telus banner and are very successful, making it too hard to leave everything and go south for good. We have other properties that we rent in south Florida on a seasonal/yearly basis but this is the first beach/vacation one.

We fell in love with the location, the modern contemporary design , the proximity of everything we might need, and the secluded small intimate feeling of the complex.

What makes this townhome unique

The private in house elevator is a hit with the kids ... and with me also when comes the time to do laundry ( in the garage ) or to eat out on the terrace ! The ocean breeze also made us attracted to Ocean Pearl.

Nothing in from of complex but grass and sands. You can walk to restaurants, grocery, and bars. A car is recommended but not neccesssary. Just beside Lauderdale by the Sea, Ocean Pearl is sure to please you. Boating, fishing, surfing, wine & dine, are all activities close to the property.

Family Spring Break

The condo is beautiful - nicely spaced out for multiple families (although the many stairs might be challenging for very small children that are still crawling). It is only a two minute walk to the beach which was great and even though the pool is for all of the units, we barely saw others using it.
The owners were really great to work with - very kind and accommodating.
We had a few minor hiccups with the neighbors but the owners were quick to help us out and I think it was an anomaly.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers

What a wonderful location. I have been taking spring break trips all over the country and abroad for years with my family. This property is as good as it gets. Gorgeous place, well done, great owner and perfect location. Beach, pool with restaurants and nightlife close by. We are big NCAA March Madness fans. The big screen and kitchen/family room were perfect for this.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Owners went above and beyond in their communication with me, which made me feel very comfortable. The photos of the property were very good representations of the actual look and condition of the unit. The property was being turned around very quickly on our day of arrival, so we did have to finish off the load of towels in the washer and dryer, but that is to be expected for a quick turn around. The maintenance of the property was good. We did have several light bulbs out, but the owner quickly had the bulbs replaced. The Tommy Bahama beach cart w/ chairs and all of the beach toys were GREAT!!! Very convenient for my family because we spent a lot of time at the beach. The heated pool was awesome! It was really great to be able to walk outside and have a relaxing swim in the pool in the evenings. The property was spacious, private, and perfect for my family. The other owners in the complex were very friendly and helpful with area recommendations. We had a great time!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay is there !! very short walking distance to the beach, very nice private pool.
it is a very beautiful townhouse with a stunning terrace.
highly recommended for a family stay.
