Our LAKE FRONT condo HAS BEEN TOTALLY RE-DECORATED AND UPGRADED WITH NEW GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, FUNITURE, REFRIGERATOR, DISHWASHER, WASHER / DRYER, LARGE FLAT SCREEN HD TV'S is ready to rent.

Panoramic view from the living room, master bedroom or balcony of 'Awesome Lake Sunsets' can be seen. The large outside balcony sits over a quite cove and has lots of room for the entire family and friends. Enjoy your dinner or read a good book and relax while being able to see the pool area and your boat dock. You will not want to leave the balcony except to go inside for a wonderful nights sleep.

We spared no expense on the most important part of your stay - the beds. You’ll sleep comfortably in every bedroom (including the twin beds). All 3 bedrooms have top of the line mattresses and a 32' flat screen TV. The Master suite has a king-size bed, TV, private bath, and walk-in closet. The other roomy two bedrooms include a queen-size bed and two (extra-long) twin beds with each their own TV's. No one will miss their favorite show.

The full size kitchen is ready and completely stocked with everything you will need to make an easy meal. Eat at the bar area or sit in the dinning area.

Launch your boat from the nearby boat ramp and anchor it at our FREE boat dock. With the wide array of possible recreational activities include boating, fishing, swimming, tennis, jogging/power walking or a easy stroll around the boardwalk you will always have something to do. Our unit is situated within 50 feet of the swimming pool and we supply the pool towels.

So that your vacation is worry free, we have a wonderful person, Denise McMahon, which is our on-site manager. She is a resident at Harborside and also has her own vacation condo right next door to ours. We want your visit to be a wonderful vacation!

You will likely be planning your next visit even before your stay is over and you won't want to leave...... really!

We live in Ohio and understand that it is great to be able to get away. We enjoy going on vacation places that have lots to do and at the same time are relaxing. Think, majestic lake views, boating, new sights, new sounds. Did we mention the escape to warm weather? (Remember, we live in Ohio).

Condo was great. Our family went to visit friends in the area for spring break. The condo was very very clean and well equipped. We will definetly stay there again!

The condo was well maintained and plenty of space for our family! It had great views! It had all we needed and more! Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. The on-site manager was very helpful and friendly! Only negative is that the restaurant next door closed down - it has great potential!

Beaitiful Condo!

This condo was everything and more! The fact that we could bring our boat was the best! We boated every day with fabulous weather. We especially enjoyed pulling up to the dock of Rusty Rudder's and eating lunch (recommend the fish tacos). The condo was appointed perfectly for my family of 5. The beds were superb! Very comfy! We did spend a lot of time on the patio with a great view of the water and our boat. I loved waking up, having coffee and being on the computer out there. Thank you for having games but the deck of cards was the most important thing as we had many Euchre turneys! The property mgr, Denise called when we arrived to welcome us and make sure if we needed ANYTHING to call her. I would highly recommend this condo and I'm sure my family will rent again from these fabulous owners! Thank you Merri Jo and Mark! GO BUCKS!
