When you come visit South Beach, my condo is the perfect place to stay. This entirely renovated, professionally decorated with luxurious brand new furniture, 1 (junior) bedroom, 1 bath, with all the amenities in a charming Art Deco building in the heart of South Beach. Just a block away from the world-renowned Lincoln Street Strip and 4 blocks away from the popular Caribbean South Beach Ocean and directly across the Miami Beach Convention Center, an indoor arena in Miami Beach and it is currently the largest convention center in the Miami area. This fully furnished Meridian Condo is perfect for honeymooners, business travelers and small families (sleeps 3 adults comfortably + 1 child).

You will enjoy brand new appliances, comfortable closets, and fully equipped kitchen and linens, free wireless Internet and a laptop is offered for your convenience in case you didn’t bring yours. Additionally cable and Smart 3D TV adds to your entertainment and comfort.

While you are here check out Collins Avenue, known for high end shopping and a buzzing nightlife; Washington Avenue, heralded as part of the designer district; Lincoln Road, a seven block strip of boutiques; and Espanola Way, a pedestrian mall whose architecture is reminiscent of a Spanish village.

The condo was clean and in a prime location. The condo itself was cozy and had all the amenities anyone who's traveling would ever need to feel at home. The location was prime to say the least. Walking distance to nearly all the hot spots in South Beach, we were very pleased to say the least. If and when we return to South Beach, Omar will be the first person we contact. He and his staff made checking in and out a breeze and nearly seamless. A+ A+ A+ !!!

Great condo, location, hospitality and amenities. The condo was in a prime location in South Beach. Walking distance to all the hot spots. All of the amenities are guaranteed to make any traveler feel at home. The bang for the buck is through the roof. This option is a GREAT value and we look forward to using these services if and when we return to Miami. A+ A+ A+ !!!

Beautiful holiday in a beautiful location

We stay one week in this beautiful property.All was exactly as shown in the photos.The property was
very clean and well-mantained and perfectly equipped. The beach is only few minutes and also the
amazing Lincoln street with its shops and restaurants is very near the apartment. Just on the corner
you can find the bus for Downtown and the local for travalling arount Miami Beach so you do not need
a car.The Art Deco District with its amazing building is 10 minutes walk. My wife and I were very
satisfied and should we come back we will certaintly book this property.

Excellent stay in Miami!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights from December 28th-January 1st. We had a great time in Miami! The apartment is newly renovated and it is very clean. We were only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants on the bustling Lincoln Road but the apartment itself is in a quiet area so we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. The owner was available to answer our questions and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
