450 square feet - one bedroom one bath - great balcony overlooking city

Located at 331 Grandview Ave, this apartment offers a one of a kind view overlooking downtown. It is located inside of a three level building offering views from the second floor that are second to none. Whether you are sitting on the second floor balcony, or just enjoying dinner from inside the living room surrounded by huge windows, the views are spectacular.

We also have another apartment inside the building that can be added to your reservation if you have a larger group or need a second apartment for another family, in-laws or the kids. The listing ID number on this property is under 959832 which you can view photos and the entire listing by typing this number into your search bar under listing number ID. The other unit is on the first floor and offers very similar downtown facing views.

Our apartment offers one separate bedroom with a privacy door. It has a queen sized bed inside the room along with a flat panel HDTV and climate control unit inside the room. The apartment has one bath room outfitted with a full shower. There is an open concept living room and kitchen that has a small eat in table. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave and is fully stocked with necessities if needed. We also offer a single sized roll away bed as well as an inflatable mattress in order to accommodate more sleeping space for kids or adults.

The property has high speed wireless Internet and cable TV included. The property is accessed through a digital combo box so there are no worries about losing keys or getting locked out. You just use your combo and you are in and out. Many of our guests have vehicles during their stays in which case you can park on Ulysses St and Grandview Ave 24 hours 7 days a week for no charge. A lot of folks do not even use a car once they are here but if you need to get around in your vehicle, you can park it here. The city does allow parking on Grandview Ave during the week but only for one hour increments and on Sunday all day. So if you are in and out a lot during the day you can often park in front and then park the vehicle on Ulysses Street at night.

Grandview Ave at night is spectacular. In the evenings each night, local moonlighters will come up to Grandview Ave to walk around, admire the views, have a drink, stroll up and down the street and relax. The lighting on the street is very good and the city provides look out stations all up and down the street for people to look out on the city. You are hundreds of yards perched high above the city looking down so you'll feel like you truly have a birds eye view.

The property is professionally managed so you will receive service and treatment like you might expect at a hotel. We own season tickets for all the major sports teams Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and music venues. Many of our tenants use our tickets for fun and to entertain with. We have some of the best seats the stadiums offer for each sport.

Nearest Airport : Pittsburgh International Airport at 18 Miles

The apartment is located directly on Grandview Ave 7 minutes walk from the historic Monongahela Incline at Upper Station where you can ride down the hill to lower Station Square for $2.50 each way. The incline runs up and down the hill all day long from early in the morning until late at night. Whether you are staying for business, attending a sporting event in downtown, leisure or sight seeing, this location is fantastic.

Grandview, Grand Stay!!!

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The property was is excellent shape, very clean and well decorated. We had all the essentials needed to make our stay enjoyable. You won't miss your bed at home - it was that comfortable. Combine all of that with the location plus the view and you have the perfect trip! We will return and recommend this place to all reviewing it. The owner answered all my questions immediately during our stay. Lastly, we ate at Cestone's and closed the place down on Sunday night. Great place, thanks for the recommendation.

Amazing

The place was amazing. Spent the majority of my time sipping wine or coffee on that wonderful deck. When I am lucky enough to get time off I prefer spending it in Pittsburgh, and now that I have spent some time at your place, couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
