1800 Sq Ft Of Great Living Space - Steps From The Beach

Though our townhouse remained high and dry during Hurricane Sandy, our thoughts and best wishes go out to our friends and neighbors who were not so lucky and lost so much.

Our townhome is just 3 homes in from the beach on a quiet cul-du-sac in South Brigantine. It offers ocean views, large rooms, 4 decks, cathedral ceilings, good decor and ocean breezes.

First Floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and large closets. Washer/dryer right near the front door, very handy for wet towels and bathing suits. Full bath with stall shower. Private, quiet, back deck and court yard off the bedrooms. Garage access to store your toys.

2nd Floor. Large livingroom with deck and cathedral ceilings. It has a flat screen TV ,DVD, books, games and cards. The dining room comfortably accommodates 8.There is a large deck off of the dining-room and kitchen with an ocean view. A charcoal grill, table and plenty of seating is on the deck for you to enjoy eating outdoors or just hangiing out. The kitchen has everything you expect:. Appliances include microwave, coffee maker and filters, toaster etc. The kitchen is also equipped with everything from lots of silverware and dishes to a lobster pot and cocktail forks. A powder room is also located on the 2nd floor.

3rd Floor. The large, private, Master Suite has a deck with ocean views, plenty of closets and a good size Master Bath.

There is off street parking for 2 and maid service upon request. Beach badges (6) and beach chairs (6) are included. We ask that our guests bring their own linens and towels. Pillows with zippered covers, a light blanket and quilt are provided for each bedroom.

The house gets lots of light and is a pleasure to be in any time of year. Come see why people return to Brigantine year after year.

We love Brigantine because it has that small town Jersey Shore feeling and yet is just minutes away from Atlantic City.
This town house was wonderful. Plenty big enough for 6 adults to spread out in. There's decks on every floor and the vaulted livingroom ceiling reallly gives a sense of spaciousness. It's on a very quiet cul du sac and just steps away from the path to the beach.
Though we didn"t cook much, the kitchen was amply supplied with all the tools and utensils one would want.
Everything was as described, booking process was easy and the owner answered all our questions.
We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back ourselves next year.
