Our Ocean beach block house escaped any damage from Hurricane Sandy. We were very fortunate. The rental has a full first floor spacious living area with 2 bedrooms in the back, full bath between the bedrooms. Outside shower located on the side of the house. The house sits back from the street offering convenient, safe off street parking. Sitting on the ocean block it is an easy walk to the beach (5 houses away). It is centrally located, with many conveniences a short walk away.
About Penny

Our family has enjoyed our Surf City Beach house for decades.

It was my mother's idea to purchase a beach home. She loves the salt air and the beach community of Surf City.

Penny purchased this bungalow in 1978
Why Penny chose Surf City

We enjoy the convenient location of the house. The beach is an easy walk up the street, no major roads to cross because it is on the ocean block.

What makes this bungalow unique

A variety of conveniences are located just around the corner:

A bakery, two ice cream shops, miniature golf, a pharmacy, clothing stores, variety store-etc. Making it easy to be entertained even on a cloudy day.
