About Gina Martin
I have been investing my heart and soul in Hollywood for nearly 30 years and still call it home. I have been perfecting this amazing property since the early 80's, lived here most of my adult life and now enjoy sharing it with with travelers. I am especially proud of this bungalow because it is where I have expressed some of my most creative architectural ideas. Having the opportunity to share this house with others is especially exciting and rewarding.
Gina Martin purchased this bungalow in 1983
Why Gina Martin chose Hollywood
The neighborhood is particularly authentic to Hollywood life as so many of the trades that founded the entertainment industry lived here in the early part of the 20th Century. This area housed scene painters, wardrobe and technical professionals and technicians alike. Keep your eyes peeled, this friendly block is populated today by several actors, a cinematographer, a screenwriter, a director and several musicians. No autographs, please. Be cool and just say 'hello' if you happen upon them.
What makes this bungalow unique
I am almost always near by if you need to ask me anything about the Hollywood area, LA at large, places to go, where to eat, what is happening and how to get there from McCadden Place. Whether you are into nature or entertainment, night life, restaurants or food delivery...after all you may not want to leave the place...I am here to assist in any way I can. There is so much to do and see in this city so if you narrow your interests for me, I'm sure I can help you fulfill your wish list from this perfectly central location.
