Fully Renovated in 2012 Two Bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse with Gorgeous Ocean View, Vaulted Ceiling and Air Conditioning!! Special 2013 Pricing - Please ask !

Special Summer and Fall 2013 Rates! This spectacular two bedroom townhome was renovated throughout in 2012. The upstairs living area has a vaulted ceiling with ocean view from the kitchen, living room and lanai. There is beautiful travertine tile throughout the upstairs.

The living area is spacious, airy and has air conditioning. It has a large flat screen TV, DVD player, music docking station, comfortable seating and ocean view. The dining table seats four and is situated in an alcove near the kitchen. The brand new kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counters, new cabinetry, and is fully supplied for your cooking needs.

Both bedroom suites are on the lower level. They are both carpeted for comfort, have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans, air conditioning, built in cabinets and private bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king bed. The bathroom has an oversized walk in shower, dual vanity with beautiful granite and chic towel stand. The guest bedroom contains a king bed and a single bed. The guest bath has a tub shower.

The townhome is located near the upper pool, and convenient to a barbeque area. The Wailea Ekolu grounds are beautiful and neatly manicured. There is tropical foliage all around the property.

Close by are the Shops at Wailea, the beaches and hotels of Wailea, golf, and many wonderful restaurants.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
The codo was perfectly located , perfect size and had a perfect view. The pictures don't do it justice.

The only comment I would have is to have more cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc )
