Besides loving to travel and enjoying nature, I teach history to 7th graders at a private school in town. I have raised three sons, and my first grandchild was born April 2011.
I caught the 'renovation bug' when I was young and my parents were forced to renovate a home so they could sell it. The transformation of that home was amazing. In my adult years, I have bought several homes to fix up and rent out. This particular home was previously a rental property for me; however, the renovation was so wonderful I knew I could never again rent it for long periods of time to one family at a time. I offer my own style and elegance in the furnishings, colors, and open feel of this home (and yes, walls and an ugly fireplace were torn down to make it this way).

Clean, well maintained home in quiet, safe neighborhood. Owner is service oriented, easy to work with and friendly. This rental is a very good value.
We rented the property to attend the balloon fiesta. When we arrived at the house it was very clean and ended up being very comfortable. We had 2 other families with us for a total of 6 adults, 1-5 yr old and a 1 yr old. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the rooms were ample size. The back yard was great and no only wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Net time we're in Albuquerque we will definitely try to rent this property.
We stayed at Tina's lovely home for the USA Rollersports Figure Skating Nationals. This house was perfect in every way from the decor inside to the lovely patio area outside. My two teenage girls made themselves home immediately by staking out their bedrooms for the week to watching scary movies cuddled up in blankets on the couch. This home was convenient to all freeways taking us to where we needed to go (the Albuquerque Convention Center) and to where we wanted to go (Old Town Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains). Tina left us an envelope telling us everything we needed to know while staying at the home, which was extremely helpful. The anemities...more than we could have hoped for as it seemed like whatever we forgot (alcohol for cleaning skate wheels, and cotton pads for removing make-up), Tina had at the house saving me not on money but time. The Rollerskating Nationals will be in Albuquerque again in 2015 and we are hoping to be so lucky as to rent this home again; even though friends that we had over during the week for dinner are also interested in renting this beauty in a few years, so we may get beat to it if they get the dates before we do. Thank you Tina for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week; we enjoyed it immensely.
We stayed for 4 nights with 5 adults and 2 small children. We felt like we had plenty of room. The open living area is spacious enough for all. The back yard was key. It is very private, large and very nicely kept. The patio area was lovely. We found everything we needed and it felt like our home away from home. It is very nicely furnished and clean. We are a family of 4 (two small children) visiting form the Netherlands and this house was fantastic for us. There was enough space, it was clean and everything we needed was there. We requested a pack n play and a high chair when we rented the house. There was a playard instead of a pack and play bed, but I managed to get a sheet in it and my son slept very well. The high chair was not there when we arrived, but we called Tina and she brought one immediately. It was great sitting in the garden and use the BBQ.

Close to Winrock, Coronado Shopping Centers and the ABQ Uptown Mall. Enjoy the many restaurants and eateries close by. Easy access to I-25 and I-40.

I am flexible with payment arrangements. I ask that an initial online payment is made through the HomeAway website. This payment reserves the property and places the reservation on the calendar. The total amount can be split in half or thirds.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
