Nice 2 Bedroom unit in the heart of Katama. Very close to South Beach and Edgartown. Safe, quiet, and very low traffic street. Property is great for families.

Great deck off of the master bedroom. Fire Pit and Grill in the back yard.

Air Conditioning and Flat Screens in all rooms.

New washer and Dryer

    Edgartown Just a mile from the house is Edgartown which is a beautiful town on the harbor. Great restaurants and bars, awesome boutique shops, and just beautiful, quintessential Martha's Vineyard homes. It is readily agreed Edgartown is the most beautiful town on the island. Bring your bikes! A nice bike path that is isolated from the main road runs right near the house. Very safe, and excellent for kids to ride on. Easy ride into Edgartown or South Beach Trolley and Bus stops right at the end of the street and is a only a dollar per person. Cabs run all night and are very inexpensive to get to and from Edgartown from the property
  • Beach ...
    Just off the Bike Path on a secluded street. Less than 1 mile drive to South Beach which is the Best Beach on the Island. If you have an All Wheel Drive vehicle I highly recommend you bring it to the island Just to the left of South Beach, is Norton Point which allows AWD/4WD vehicles access to drive right out on the beach. Never hunt for a parking spot... No lugging heavy coolers and chairs... Just driving your vehicle right up to the ocean and setting up for the day! Once you start driving on the beach, instead of to the beach... You'll quickly realize that this is the only way to go to the beach.

Notes:
This house is on a nice quiet street and is great for families. Minimal traffic on the street and very close to South Beach and Edgartown. Katama is one of the best areas on the island to stay. Gas Grill and Picnic Tables outside in the spacious back yard. Outdoor Shower and Hose for rinsing yourselves and beach gear. Just a nice and easy place for an island get away. We have many repeat renters year after year. New Flat Screen TV's in all rooms. Updated Living room and New Washer and Dryer for 2013 Out of respect for the neighbors, this is a completely non-smoking property. No Smoking inside or outside.
