THIS CONDO HAS MANY UPGRADES,MARBLE COUNTERS, 42' CABINETS, TILE FLOORS.

Come share our furnished family Condo that we have maticulously decorated for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular main channel view from the deck. Then relax in our spacious condo with over 2000sq.ft. of living space with vaulted ceilings and newly decorated decor.

We are very close to the main highway and just minutes away from shopping, golf, restaurants and the Tan-Tar-A indoor water park.

This Condo is perfect for three to four families with 2 master bedrooms one with a King bed and the other with a queen bed and a twin. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds located on the main level. The loft is furnished with one queen size beds. The master baths have double bowl vanities with plenty of mirrors and outlets to go around. All the bedrooms, loft, and family room have ceiling fans and TVs.

This Condo is located at the 20.5 mile marker and has a great view of both the main channel and the cove. There are two pools to choose from, one situated on the point looking at the main channel. Follow the sidewalk to the sand beach,if you prefer to swim in the lake. Dock slips are available to rent for $20/night.

The Ledges Condos are a very popular rental because it is located so close to everything: golf, shopping (110 store outlet mall), Big Surf Water Park, go-carting, restaurants, grocery stores, and even the Hospital. There are marinas close by for your boat and wave runner rental needs.

Please NO PETS or SMOKING allowed, as we want our little slice of paradise to stay pristine for your return and our future guests.

Perfect Stay for Family Gathering

We were very pleased with this Condo for our stay, We needed a place that would be big enough for 11 adults to sleep. We enjoyed our time together in the main room but then everyone could escape to their room when they needed time to themselves. The pictures don't do justice to how nice the place was. It was very nicely decorated. We would most definately stay here again. We stayed during the "Off" season so the price was cheaper than peak time but I would say it would be worth the higher price in the summer as it was so nice and there is so much to do in the area during that season. I highly recommend this place. Half-Sauced Barbecue is the best! Try it when you visit.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We stayed here over memorial day weekend, 2 families with 4 children ages 2-5 years old, plenty of space, bathrooms and sleeping space for everyone to enjoy each other but not be on top of everyone every second. It was our first visit to the area ever and we were meeting between our two states, this property was a referral from another place and it couldn't have worked out better! There are two pools for the complex which was great because one tended to be more 'family friendly' while the other got filled with a more party crowd. The little beach was cute, condo clean and comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything the lake has to offer but we enjoyed relaxing here so much that it was a great weekend!
