Whether you?re coming to relax or get into the outdoors, this is your house! Indoors, you?ll enjoy the lovely sunshine throughout the house, the open floor plan of the living room and new linens. Outdoors, the deck runs the length of the living room with a gas BBQ, great patio furniture (summer) and a large, sunken hot tub. From the deck, you can even watch the kids play in the lovely yard below you. You?re central to winter fun, located between all major ski resorts. The Tahoe City Cross Country center (snowshoes and xc-ski gear rented on site) is a local?s favorite and is located in a neighborhood across the street. When it is not covered by snow, this area offers beautiful trails for hiking and mountain biking of all levels. Dollar Point is ideal for summer fun at the private pool, tennis and beach. We?re also at the end of one of the paved bike trails that leads into Tahoe City. The house is laid out all on one floor for ease of access. Come to play or relax!
