The mix of modern and historic amenities make Estate Belvedere feel like home from the moment you are personally welcomed to the property. Chad Sheraw, full-time on-site caretaker and lifelong St. Croix resident, gives you a complete tour upon arrival and remains available to you for questions or assistance throughout your visit. To ensure a feeling of complete comfort and privacy for our guests, we rent to only one group at a time -- whether the group is 2 or 14.

From many vantage points guests enjoy a gorgeous view of the azure Caribbean Sea. Having the run of the estate and it's very large private pool allows guests to transform the environment to suite their needs. We have seen visitors transform the estate into a backdrop for tranquil getaways or raucous family fun!

About Owner/Property Manager

Estate Belvedere's owners love the Virgin Islands. Drawn to the island by their own Danish ancestry, the ancient ruins and original Sugar Mill completed their vision of St. Croix perfection. The Caribbean Villa owners and on-site caretaker enjoy nothing more than sharing the beauty of Estate Belvedere with other families and USVI travelers!

St. Croix, USVI, is the perfect location for villa accommodations. Only 2.5 hours from Miami by direct flight and still under the US flag. No passport is required (per the US State Department, but some airlines get confused, so we always recommend travelling with a passport).

What makes this villa unique

Comfort and style are constantly maintained at Estate Belvedere. Extremely family-friendly. We have packNplay cribs, high chairs, games, and a special wading area for little ones in the large, beautiful pool.
