Welcome to our Home away from Home. 2450 sqft 3 Story Home. 4 beds/3.5 bath/2 car garage. Sleeps 8-10. Home sits 500 ft to Beach and Ferry Landing where we look at the spectacular skyline city views across the Bay each day.

This luxurious and professionally staged home contains wonderful decor and neutral tones. Inside this home you will enjoy a delightful ambiance, created with abundance of windows,multitude of balconies,and rooftop deck.

Home encounters hardwood floors,stainless steel appliances, chefs gourmet kitchen with 6 gas burner stove,double ovens,dishwasher and granite island and counter tops. We have a large wine cooler for those who like to relax at night.Wonderful entertaining area opening up to the family room, where there is plenty of seating. Children have the TV, DVDs and play station to keep them busy after a long day out.

Up the open staircase to the spa like master suite with whirlpool tub and shower, high soaring ceilings and king size bed. 2 additional upstairs queen bedrooms with bathroom.Each bedroom has its own 40 inch plasma flat screen TV. Roof top deck off master on 4th floor. Enjoy the view of the Bay and San Diego Skyline while fireworks pop each evening during the summer. Do your Barbecue or sit back and relax on our fine patio furniture and eat from our 8 seated table.

Down on our first floor another family suite. Queen bed and sleeper sofa. Kids can enjoy their own TV , watch our numerous movies on DVD and play the xbox360. Full bathroom and 2 car garage attached. Private gated entrance to garage. Home is wired for high speed internet throughout.

Cast your line off the fishing pier or sit back and relax while watching the sail boats glide by. Large Naval carrier ships come and go.Bikes are the best way to get around this small beach town, as parking is difficult during summer visitor months.

Hello my name is Amanda Enriquez, born and raised in London England. I came to the United States when I was only 17 years old and currently invest in several homes throughout the United States. I have a family with four wonderful children and we reside in Houston Texas. I fell in love with California, and that's why I bought here. Coronado is home to the Navy base, and is a well rounded community.

This home is a three story home, with a lovely view of the downtown San Diego skyline, & ocean view. The House is very contemporary, and is designed with an exquisite taste. Only one block to walk to the beach, and ferry landing. I can hop on the ferry and be in San Diego within 10 minutes. Coronado is an amazing place to visit, as well as live. The people are always out and about with their bikes.

What makes this house unique

Not only do you receive the amazing views, but you also get the full time homely feeling with the flat screen televisions to the spa in the bathrooms. Full of Games, and movies to enjoy for the whole family after a full day out. For a nice dinner together there is a brand new barbeque on the top deck, where you can relax and enjoy. Take our two umbrellas and 4 deck chairs to the beach. Children can ride the waves with our buggy boards. You can ride around Coronado on one of our six bikes we offer you. Childs two passenger bike buggy for those who want to ride with mom.

*Our Home away from Home sits 500ft away from the Ferry Landing Beach and Bayfront on Coronado Island. Watch a game at the Qualcomm Stadium where it is the home to the Chargers Football, or go to the Petco Stadium where it has the Padre Baseball game. Drive 1 mile to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Wild Life Animal Park,Lego Land, La Jolla Village and Beach, Gas Lamp for bars and entertaining is a 15min ferry ride over to San Diego, Visit Del Mar County Fair and Horse racing. Balboa Park and Museums within 1 mile. Old Town with Mexican influence for restaurants and shopping around the corner. Sea Port Village for quaint venues and art across the bay. Tijana Mexico is a 15 minute drive. Carlsbad Flower Fields when in season. Come to visit North Island, home to the USA Army, Navy and Marines. Watch the Navy Seals training each morning on the Coronado Beach.

For the outdoor activity enthusiasts, you can go surfing and ride the wave or body boarding and ride the tide to the beach. There are boats, jet skis, and yachts for rental while on the Island. Sail to Point Loma and watch the Sea lions and seals play, or take a glimpse of the Dolphins traveling across Coronado Ocean Front. Take an excursion for whale watching while in season.

For the shoppers we have Tuesday market at Ferry Landing or Saturday Market at Little Italy Downtown.Saturday there are the art fair at Speckels Park. Take a blanket and picnic basket and sit and listen to the band at Ferry Landing on Saturday morning or Speckels Park on Sunday evening.

Amazing Spring Break Vacation

The house is awesome, there's 4 levels and theres a great spot to relax and look over downtown San Diego right from the 4th floor. Everything is so convenient and the owner does a really great job to accommodate for the perfect vacation. We were even provided bikes and beach chaires, enough for everyone! The house was clean when we got there and also very organized. Apart from the house and great service provided there were so many things to do around the island and throughout san diego in general. You can literally walk a block or two to the fairy that takes you downtown. Fairy landing is a hot spot to eat and shop by the bay and its only a block from the house! The Coronado beach is brilliant of course. I recommend mission beach and la jolla beach as well. It was an amazing experience!

Beautiful Coronado home

We had a wonderful time in Coronado and the home was PERFECT for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough room. The home was very nicely decorated and had everything that we could ever need, including games for the kids, bicycles in great condition and a fully stocked kitchen. The neighbors were also very friendly and spoke very highly of the home owner. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone!

Pleasant break from the English Weather

This Condo is very spacious which easily sleeps 11, and has private and secure access to a 2 car garage. The private roof top patio and BBQ area tops it off with space for 13 people to sit. Besides a large patio table there is a large BBQ and gas heater. Be the chef for the day.
The property is conveniently located to all local amenities such as bars, restaurants and café. Sunday buffet is nice at the Del Hotel.
If you have no car, transport links to Down Town San Diego are excellent- 901 bus takes you over the Coronado bridge to a transit center where buses and trams can be used for a wider area including the outskirts of San Diego area. Transport prices are moderate and weekly/monthly passes can be easily purchased.
Highlights include Gas Lamp Quarter for a good old drink, Little Italy with Saturday market, and Balboa Park, museums and the Zoo. Check out Prados Restaurant with excellent outdoor atmosphere and menu to match. Go back in time to Old Town where there is many Mexican Restaurants and live music. Stroll along the ocean of La Jolla where we saw the many seals laying and sunning themselves.
We are on our way home after a 3 week stay, we still have more things to see and explore! We will certainly be back next year.

Wonerful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home. With 8 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of room to spread out, relax, watch movies, play games, and even to enjoy evening cocktails on the roof
top patio. The kitchen was wonderful with everything needed for our big group...everything was 1st class.
The neighborhood with shops and restaurants was a great area, easy to walk and enjoyable to take out the bikes for a ride along the bay.
Try the ferry ride across the bay to Gas Lamp restraunts .... great food. Watch for dolphins!
Again, the house was perfect, Amanda was very easy to work with and made our planning and stay very easy and enjoyable.
We all highly recommend that stay here and plan your next vacation on Corandado.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
