It’s 1/2 mile from Red Rock Resort. The Las Vegas strip and downtown are only 15 minutes away. Golf! TPC, Badlands, Angel Park, Bear's Best, Red Rock Country Club and many others are within 10 minutes. Rock climbing, hiking, biking and stunning views are nearby at Red Rock National Conservation Area. The neighborhood has a pool, spa, and barbecue. It is next to a park and a drop-in day care center. It is walking distance to a variety of restaurants from fine dining to coffee shops. The Grand Canyon, Zion National, Bryce Canyon are all only 3 to 4 hour drive. Skiing at Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort is about 45 minutes away. Red Rock is just up the road 7 miles! Three great resorts and casinos are within 3 miles along with countless restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood has a private entrance to a 70-acre linear park which is situated within a natural shallow canyon. In addition to children's play areas, the park is lined with trails. The park's linear design offers open grassy areas, seating areas and covered picnic areas, and it is one of the most popular trail areas in Summerlin used by runners, dog-walkers, strollers and roller-bladers, alike.

Beautiful vacation home, spacious,very well maintained and situated in a lovely gated community.
The owners description and photos accurately depicted the property.Having always stayed in Henderson I was skeptical about Summerlin., but let me say Summerlin will be my destination from now on.Home is close to shopping, casinos and dining in beautiful surrondings. The one time I needed to contact the owner he responded promptly.Will be going back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Just completed 3 months at this home. Found it to be exactly as described. Very nice neighborhood with some nice neighbors. Well kept and furnished home. Owner was very pleasant and easy to work with. Returned deposit very quickly upon departure. Very much enjoyed our stay and was easy to get around to most any destination in Las Vegas. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation rental.

Has easy access from freeways,located near many stores,casino's church's ,restaurant's serving a wide variety of foods as well.The Post Office is near by and easy access to the Las Vegas Strip.However there are several casino's within a 5 mile radius of your rental also.The owner provided excellent service the rental was very clean and everything we needed was provided during our stay. We would highly recommed this property as a perfect place to stay.
