Apartment complex found in a quiet neighborhood. Simple bedroom with a queen bed closet space. Living room/ full kitchen/ dining area with Sofa bed and seating area to watch cable TV and access to WiFi. Nice to enjoy a restful nightsleep, energized to start a new day in the Magic City. Tile floor and remodeled kitchen, newly painted walls.

All your basic amenities included and and there is a Target walking distance to make your favorite dinner. This can be a place to enjoy the more upbeat neighborhood of Midtown and everything it was to offer during the day and night.

The Midtown shoppes has changed the area to offer you the best of Miami with dining, late night lounges and wine bars. Of course shopping all just a step away literally. The Fashion design district is a few blocks north, and the Wynwood Art design is just a few blocks south all in walking distance.

Bus stops around the corner to head towards the Beach or to the metro station in the Omni where you can take it to discover the other neighborhoods of Miami.

If you like performing arts the Arscht Center provides you operas, ballets, even Broadway shows. The American Airlines arena has also concerts and shows. Bayside Market place is also in the downtown area, shopping, eating and a boat ride into the sunset in our bay to look at the most stunning skyline of Miami.

You can lay low if your not into the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach. Can enjoy Brickell for some good hangout spots or dining. Also Coconut Grove is close by in Metro more shopping and walking to enjoy the Mayfair Shops.

Coral Gables offers the Mile for a nice walk and dining.

If you like nature a drive down to the Everglades National Park to see alligators in their habitat or an airboat ride is always fun. Closer by in Key Biscayne is Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park where you can enjoy the beach and see the historic lighthouse many more activities on the Key Biscayne Island.

New and upcoming neighborhood. Right in the middle of the design district where Art Basel takes place every December. Also local artist in the Wynwood art district where every 2nd Saturday of the month the Art Walk takes place. Steps away is the Midtown Shoppes where you can find Target, Ross, Marshalls,Guess and HomeGoods. Great area to eat too, many restaurants, wine shops and bars and everything just steps away. The expressway is just around the corner East towards Miami Beach where you can have fun in the sun. Gorgeous beaches with places to wine and dine. Shopping is also available down Lincoln Road with a Fresh market every Sunday. Towards the west is the Airport and car rental. Coral Gables and Coconut Grove places to see and enjoy. Never a dull moment in the Magic City.

Spring weekend getaway

Catherine kept great contact and was extremely accommodating during our stay. The location is wonderfully located a block away from plenty of shops and restaurants and just a short drive or cab ride from downtown Miami. The apartment is clean and cozy. Note that the pullout sofa bed is small with a thin mattress, so if traveling with a larger group be aware the sofa bed can only sleep one person. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend booking this apartment.

This rate is based on the apartment´s central location, the owner´s good customer service and fairness, the somewhat elderly atmosphere, the friendly environment, amenities - all togeteher and in relation to the rental price.
The apartment is placed in a separate house behind a front house next to the 35th St. in the Midtown area and therefore very close to several restaurants, stores, bus stops, a police station and connecting ways. It was clean and well maintained, relatively well equipped for a comfortable stay including easy cooking, TV watching, pleasant rest and acceptable wet room facilities. Recently the small kitchen has been renovated.
Among many other things we appreciated very much the free and well functioning Wi-Fi telecommunication options.
If the owner fulfills the ambitions to further develop this apartment to its full potential there likely will be another 4+ or 5 star rated property in the market in a short time.
The sound from aeroplanes starting or landing from/on Miami International Airport might sometimes be perceived as disturbant. But let us say something important - this sound is something which all accomodations in central Miami are subjected to, not only the apartment we are talking about here.

We would recommend this apartment to some of our friends and relatives.

Comfortable, great location and affordable!

From my first contact with Cathy, the owner, I knew we were in good hands! The apartment was very well maintained and I loved the location. The space was cozy and had everything we needed as far as linens and kitchen amenities. Way better than staying at a hotel. The location is in an artsy area. I stumbled upon a free art gallery opening around the corner from the apt! It's not far from Bayside, Downtown Miami, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for everything, Cathy!
