Stunning 2 level oceanfront penthouse (front end unit of building 7). Two (2) large bedrooms with ensuite baths. Spectacular 360 degree panoramic views of Palm Beach and the Aruba environs from four (4) separate decks. Three (3) full baths. Two (2) additional sleep sofas allow the unit to accommodate up to 8 occupants. This is truly the nicest and most unique unit in the complex.

Why Dan Silva chose Aruba

The Divi Phoenix is only 3 years old and is the most recent construction of any of the time share resorts on Island. It has 2 great ocean front restaurants; fitness center; pool with swim up bar; concierge; and is located on the nicest beach on the Island. My wife and I have visited Aruba over 20 times and have stayed at most of the finer resorts on the Island. In my professional opinion this resort should be easily rated in the top 5.

What makes this hotel unique

This unit features 2 full levels of living space and affords any occupant a panoramic view of Palm Beach and the Aruba environs from 4 separate decks. It has 2 large bedrooms with en suite baths as well as 3 full bath which serves as a common bath. All 3 bathrooms are tiled in Italian Travertine. The kitchen features granite C-Tops and stainless steel appliances. I believe this unit is the most desirable and unique unit in the complex.
