Charming and perfect

Needed cozy and conveniently located place to host a birthday weekend for my son and long overdue mother/son reunion. So pleased we each had our own space to sleep and nicely decorated common spaces to relax and talk. This place has the perfect location (right off Bay St.) within walking distance to everything, extremely comfortable beds, sweet kitchen/breakfast space, extra half bath, parking (no need for the car once there). Quiet, safe, clean. Thanks to the owner for the ease of rental, and allowing us to occupy the space a little early. My son LOVED the idea of having this "home" at the end of the day as hotel rooms are so sterile and limiting. Great deal and definintelywould recommend to family and friends.

Extremely interesting and quaint place to stay in the historic section of the city. Don't often get to stay in a place originally built in the 1790's. For the same price as a hotel room you get a great value:
- Very nicely decorated. Pictures are accurate.
- Very comfortable beds.
- Well equipped and user-friendly kitchen.
- Plenty of paper products.
- Plenty of linens and towels.
- Has access directly to the parking lot from the bedrooms so you don't have to put the suitcases down that spiral staircase.
- Parking was directly behind the unit. Very convenient.
- Hostess extremely helpful when we had questions.

Only slightly negative thing:
- Water pressure in the shower was not the same as at home.

Lovely Christmas in Savannah

The four of us had a wonderful time in the lovely rental in Savannah. The home of quite a treat. We could not have been more pleased. Enjoyed greatly the fact that we did not have to drive to have dinner. Such fun to walk through beautiful Savannah. We certainly will come back as soon as possible. Thanks so much.

We couldn't have picked a better location! When you leave out the back door a brick paved ally takes you steps away from Bay Street and go 3 short blocks the other way and your on Broughton Street. When we pulled up and first saw the house I'll say its doesn't have curb appeal (its 200 years old) but the inside was very nice and clean (not perfect). The owner is more than helpful and even let us check in early. I give the property an A+ rating for location, helpful owner, amenities, safe area and very nice/clean 200 year old condo. We would go back and even bring the family next time.
