Villa, 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

Villa 'ClearCreek' is a very well appointed five bedroom fully air-conditioned villa located in the peaceful setting of Clear Creek at Woodridge. Just off Highway 27 and very close to Highway 192 with all it restaurants, shops and attractions and is approximately Fifteen minutes drive to Walt Disney World. At the entrance to Woodridge on Highway 27 is convenient shopping with a Bank, Pizza delivery, Post office etc. A 24hour Wal-Mart superstore is located only a few minutes drive away.

The non-smoking villa consists of a large family room/dining area with a tiled floor and Patio doors leading to the covered lanai and 30 x 18 pool. Quality Patio furniture with sun loungers are provided on the pool decking. The Pool area is fully enclosed to provide guests with complete privacy and optional electric pool heating is available on request, please see tariff.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. There are a further two double rooms, one twin room, and one with themed bunkbeds. These are served by a further bathroom/shower. There is also an additional toilet/washbasin. Four bedrooms are fitted with TV's/Ceiling fans and all bedrooms have been fitted with quality linen and throws.

For guests with infants a cot and high chair are provided.

The double garage has been converted into a games room and has a quality Slate Bed Pool Table, Foosball Table and an electronic dart board. More than enough to entertain the family when not out visiting the parks and attractions that abound in the area.

The villa has an on-line guest book which can be viewed from this listing and gives the comments of previous guests as to the facilities offered. The villa has one of the most complete guest books available with comments from guests who have visited over the last 4/5 years. Every effort is made to ensure that you have happy memories of your vacation in Orlando and Alan at our property management company is always available 24/7 to offer assistance where required. My wife and I were born and still live in Leicester England and have two grown up sons who both enjoy visiting Florida. My wifes sister emigrated to Alaska after marrying an American airman and now live in Florida so plenty of family reunions. We were both attracted to the Floridian lifestyle the sun always shines and there is so much to see and do with the beaches not that far away and of course the world renowned Theme Parks often copied never beaten.

There is excellent local shopping minutes from the villa including a 24 hour Wal-Mart super store and Restaurants Santa-Fa & Chilli's are also close by. My family has vacationed in Florida for many years and we are able to pass on our experiences and guarantee families the trip of a lifetime.

Thank you very much for a super stay in your home! This was the first time we rented a villa and we will definitely do it again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking meals. We enjoyed having an entire house (with many bedrooms) to relax in on the days that we lounged around with the kids. A great family place for a holiday.

I highly recommend this villa to ANYONE!!!! It was in a beautiful complex and even though there are neighbors in close quarters I never heard a peep out of anyone. We visited Florida for a week and visited all 4 Disney parks, Downtown Disney, Daytona Raceway, and Cocoa Beach. It was located very close to Disney and centrally located to the other things we visited. All rooms and bathrooms were clean with fresh linens and towels. I really like the fact they had a high chair, stroller, and pack n play, as I traveled with my 2 year old. Of course the washer and dryer there was almost mandatory when traveling with 2 children. My 5 y/o absolutely loved the pool and was in it for hours every day.

We had a problem with the A/C one day and I called Alan and it was fixed within a few hours. I think that is great no matter if your home or in a hotel.

Upon arrival we received a “starter kit” for the home and it was a great way to welcome us and get us started as fair as food for the week.

MY FAVORITE PART WAS THAT THE VILLA IS 2 MILES FROM WAL-MART!!! We must have visited it every day for one thing for another.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We just stayed at the villa for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Beautiful property and corner house with a lovely privacy fence around the pool area. Less than 1/2 hr drive to all the major events or shopping. Have stayed here before and the owner and managers are very helpful and respond to any phone calls or emails efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Very clean when we arrived and the few problems we encountered were dealt with promptly. We ate at several great restaurants if we weren't making meals at home. Would recommend The Olive Garden and the Red Lobster in Clermont both were fabulous. Great shopping mall there too...JCPenny's probably got tired of seeing us, also ate at The Bahama Breeze Grill on Rte296 into Orlando on the rhs in the Target Mall entrance...went back a 2nd time to it, Irish pub just past Walmart on other side of road...forget the name...is good too. Too many to mention....also is great big Premium Outlet Mall at very end of International Drive in Orlando...only there an hour but fabulous stores to shop. Cool weather when we arrived, 2nd week fabulous in mid-seventies and was able to swim and sunbathe in the beautiful pool. Next week got cold again....was told warmed up again after we left....can't predict the weather!!!

This house was perfect for our family! There were 7 adults and 1 child in our group and the house certainly met our needs. From the first email, renting this house was smooth. Graham responded quickly to all of our questions and Allan (property manager) made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived and offered to purchase other grocery items if we requested them. The welcome package (instant coffee, tea, milk, cereal, cookies) was appreciated as we arrived on Christmas Day. The only store open was Walgreens!

The location was good for the Disney parks. We went during high time so highway 192 was quite slow, but we finally found a faster way by taking State Road 429. It took us 25 minutes to get to Hollywood Studios going this way.

The heated pool was nice as well and having a bbq was a bonus. There is an alarm on the patio door so just make sure you push the button for several seconds before going outside or you'll hear how loud it can be! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on the premises.

I would highly recommend this property as it was it was well maintained, fully stocked, and clean.
