The three villas are part of a large Canarian Country House. La Bodega was an original wine press and store, La Tienda (the Shop) was originally a shop, and El Almacen (the store) was originally a store for the country house. All the villas retain much original character and charm and have an attractive combination of modern style and features. La Bodega is the largest of the three villas in access of 120 sq m, and has a heated swimming pool (heated 52 weeks of the Year). The spacious area around the pool is private as it is walled. La Tienda and El Almacen are situated next to one another, but private with walls around their sun terraces both containing plunge pools.

Delightfully converted from an old wine-press, La Bodega still retains much original character and a great deal of charm an attractive combination of modern style and features. There are two bedroom, two bathrooms,( one reached via a steep staircase) and fully fitted kitchen, dining-livingroom with Satellite/TV and although if you prefer to eat outside there is a built-in barbecue. The whirlpool room leads onto the pool area ( both pool and whirlpool are heated all year round)

La Vegueta is a small peaceful village in the countryside ,and is fairly central in the island. The nearest beach is at La Santa, and here are many facilities for sport activities, the complex known as La Santa Sport. The area is reconised for good wine that is produced in the volcanic countryside, and you can sample this in the local bar with Tapas. The village has a small shop and restaurant close by. Acess to the large wine growing area La Geria and Fire Mountain is easy by car, and the main town Arrecife is only twenty minutes away. About five minutes away is the village of Tinajo, which has a Supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, the bank with cash machine, Clinic, Chemist, Internetcafe, Bakery, Coffeshop, Bars and Resaurants

Untouristische Dorfrandlage

Eigentlich sollte man dieses Haus nicht zu sehr loben, damit es ein Geheimtip bleibt, aber ich kann nicht anders:
Wunderbar ruhige Lage abseits des Massentourismus, ausgesprochen sauber und sehr individuell eingerichtet (Mini-Manko: keine Spülmaschine, was angesichts der Wasserknappheit auf Lanzarote verständlich ist), sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, und als Highlight der Pool mit Badewannentemperatur!
Da kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Da im Winter manchmal das Wetter nicht so frühlingshaft ist versuchen wir dann auch den Pool auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu halten.

Ruhe und Erholung auf dem Land

Wir waren in der ersten Augustwoche 2009 zu Besuch. Von der Einrichtung und Suberkeit waren wir begeistert, bei den Kindern kam der Pool besonders gut an, auch dieser war sauber und gepflegt. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige war völlig korrekt, die ausgelegte Infobroschüre war sehr hilfreich und sehr informativ. Auch die Vorbereitung durch die Vermieterin war sehr professionell, das galt sowohl für die Anreisebeschreibung, Besorgung des Mietautos und auch für eine Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, allerdings für Gehbehinderte wegen der Treppenstufen im Innern nicht gut geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände der Insel mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen! Im nahen Tinajo gibt es einen lang geöffneten, gut sortierten Supermarkt!

Die Ferienwohung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Man hat viel Privatsphäre. Alles hat funktioniert und es war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin hat uns ein ein Auto bei einer regionalen Autovermietung organisiert. Das Fahrzeug war ebenfalls im Top-Zustand und der Preis war sehr fair.

Lanzarote auf eigene Faust

Im August/September 2008 haben wir fast 3 Wochen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus 'La Bodega' verbracht.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig innerhalb eines kleinen Dorfes.
Der Aufenthalt eignet sich für Urlauber, die vor allem Ruhe und das Kennenlernen der Insel Lanzarote abseits der Touristenströme erfahren möchten. Wir haben vor allem die schöne Landschaft und ,durch die zentrale Lage, die Nähe zu allen reizvollen Punkte der Insel zu schätzen gewusst. Ein eigener Wagen ist allerdings unabdingbar.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es gab keinerlei größere Probleme. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt, Highlights sind der eigene Pool und der Jacuzzi im Innenbereich.
Wir haben uns in La Bodega 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Waren Anfang-Mitte Dez.08 in der Bodega.Wir waren begeistert über die liebevolle Ausstattung.Da das Wetter recht kühl war konnte man sich im wunderschönen Whirlpool gut entspannen.Ebenfalls war der Aussenpool gut beheizt.Es gibt ausreichende Auswahl an DVD`s und CD`s.Somit kommt auch keine Langeweileauf.DieBetreuung seitens der Vermieterin war hervorragend.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Wir würden die Bodega jederzeit wieder buchen.
