LUXURY DISNEY VILLA. PRINCESS, MICKEY & LEGO THEMED ROOMS WITH TRUE SOUTH POOL

My family of 5 made our first trip to Florida in May 2012 and having decided to organise the holiday ourselves with separate flight, villa and car rental bookings, I have to say I spent many hours researching the hundreds of villas available for rent in the Disneyland area. I can honestly say, hand on heart, I found a gem of a villa in Andrew's Summer Palace.
The listing description was entirely accurate. Windsor Hills is extremely secure and always has security guards on the gates. You simply cannot get through those gates without the proper documentation. The Windsor Hills resort is perfectly placed and we were there in less than 10 minutes every day.
The villa itself was absolutely fantastic. It was spotlessly clean and the furniture was of a very high quality. We chose Andrews Summer Palace because we have 3 children aged 9,7,& 5 and what set this villa apart was the attention to detail which gave it that 'magical' feel. The girls bedroom had matching princess carriage beds. The bedroom is amazing. There were Disney princess dolls on the beds when we arrived, Disney dresses in the wardrobe and the decor was fabulous. The girls couldn't believe that they even had their own en-suite bathroom!
The games room was a feature which was better than other villas of a similar size. It had a pool table, a hockey table and best of all it had 6 cinema seats in two tiers with a huge flat screen internet TV on the wall. We sat in here as a family and watched movies - they subscribe to netflix so there are hundreds of movies available at the touch of a button which was great for the kids. Older kids can also access You tube videos etc. There is a dock in there for your ipod so you can play music.
The pool was a luxury we enjoyed after long days at the parks. They even provided rubber rings and woggles. The outside space is lovely too and we ate dinner outside every night.
The owner Cynthia was fabulous. She provided us with very valuable advice with regards closest supermarkets, park information, outlet centres etc and she has a great welcome folder with loads of information inside.
This villa is a winner and I would definitely recommend it. If you are travelling from UK the ultimate disney passes are best value-in addition to unlimited access to the disney parks they also include entrance to Disneyquest which is a 5 floor games centre in Downtown disney - every video game you can possibly imagine - kids loved it!

I just can't describe what a great place this is. The house was so big and the screened in pool was such a luxury for us. We appreciated grilling (they provide a decent electric grill), lounging, eating and swimming in the pool area. There were even two fans and a covered area for when it is too sunny or raining. The pool was very clean and warm enough. The lounge chairs were comfortable. Inside the house, the couches and adult beds were extremely comfortable. The appliances were all in good condition and up to date. We also appreciated the movie and game room. The couches in there were great (you could fully recline), the surround sound was great and there was ice hockey and pool for those who don't want to watch movies. If you have kids the owners thought of everything. She has provided a high chair, stroller, toys, books and even a portacrib with decent mattress. I'm not sure about the kids beds but the adult beds are wrapped in a special material that keep bed bugs out. I thought this was super important since bed bugs have become a nuisance in even the most exclusive places and I am terrified of them. All together, the house is clean and awesome and we will definitely be returning. The grounds are great too with the huge community pool, game room and parks for kids. The located is super close to Disney, other attractions and so many food choices. In addition, costumer service is very good. I had to communicate with the owner many times because I had so many questions and she never acted like I was bothering her. With her as the owner and this house, you are sure to be satisfied. I would highly recommend this place. My family will definitely be back.

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing Disney vacation we had and how much we enjoyed your Disney home. The kids were in awe as soon as they walked in the door and had so much fun running from room to room to pick out which one they would stay in. The decor was fabulous and they loved the Mickey room, Princess room and Lego Room-it was like it was tailor made for our children. You had it perfectly set up for a family with children-strollers, cribs, night lights, sippy cups, toy table, princess dress, game room...really amazing. It was so nice to come home from a long day at Disney and let the kids get a good night sleep in their own rooms and my husband and I got to relax and not sit there silently because the kids were in the bed next to us like a hotel. It was so close to the parks and not at all difficult to drive to the parks. We were able to enjoy breakfast at our own home before we headed to the parks and were able to eat so much healthier. Thank thank thank you. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to many of our friends.
