This beautiful residence has 6 bedrooms, 4 suites and 2 rooms with three bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and closets. The rooms are cool and ventilated. The room is spacious with 3 rooms, tastefully decorated, with TV and ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, utensils, etc.. The service area has a washing machine. Bar with fridge and covered barbecue. Balcony electric steam and sauna with another full bathroom. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi and front view of the beach and next to Ferradurinha large granite table with canopy. Garage for 6 cars being three vacancies covered. Garden and lawn with swing for children.
