Comfortable, relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood 1.2 miles from downtown Edgartown and 2.5 miles from South Beach.Located near bike path and bus stop and 5 miles from Martha's Vineyard Airport. Very large fenced in yard overlooking the lush fields of Morning Glory Farms just .2 miles down the road from their country farm stand. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms, oversized master bath and 1/2 bath, with hardwood floors and bamboo ceilings all newly furnished. The great room emcompasses a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with Keurig coffee machine, separate eating area and comfy living room with gas fireplace. Both bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The house is surrounded by a beautiful farmers porch with all new deck furniture. The oversized two car garage includes a washer and dryer and extra refrigerator. The attached carriage house has 1 large bedroom, full bathroom, roomy living room with sleep sofa and full size kitchen with separate dining area for 4 people, washer/dryer and private deck.Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. A large TV, together with DVD and VCR, is located in each living area which includes Wifi. This property also includes a very private outdoor shower. Also included is a Gas Bar-b-cue, lobster and clam pots and beach chairs for your vacation enjoyment on our beautiful island paradise.

Martha's Vineyard has so much to offer. It has the calmness of a small island while still offering you lots to do. Great restaurants and beaches and lots of friendly people.
Calm and relaxing environment knowing morer activity is only a few minutes down the road to downtown Edgartown. Relaxing on our back deck, which overlooks the agricultural grounds of Morning Glory Farms. In the morning you can watch the workers picking fresh fruits and vegetables to be sold at the farm stand that day.
This was the first time in many years we had to rent a house in Edgartown and were pleasantly surprised. The house provided modern amenities, and since it has 2 separate living areas, the young adults had their own space! The wrap around porch and expansive backyard provided the perfect place to relax and play lawn games. We LOVED being able to walk to Morning Glory..nothing beats their zucchini bread! Donna was responsive, very easy to work with and concerned about making sure her tenants are happy...more landlords should follow her example!
We had a a wonderful time vacation. The house had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. A short drive to State Beach and convenient to town. My kids loved riding on the bike path and playing in the back yard. We can't wait to go back again.

The house was fantastic. It was completely updated, well decorated and provided very nice outdoor space with a spacious wrap around deck and large yard. We had two families and one stayed in the apartment above the garage with the other using the main house. This allowed us to gather together as well as have some separate space. Everything needed was provided and there was easy access to the bike path and bus route.
We had the good fortune of staying at this property, not once but twice this past year. It exceeded all of our expectations! The house itself is comfortable and cozy, yet provided space for two separate families to enjoy private time as well as our group meals and activities. I particularly loved having Morning Glory farm (and their delicious coffee, muffins and organic produce) a short 3 minute walk away... and I also loved being walking distance to Edgartown. The owners keep the house immaculate and stocked with all of the modern-day conveniences. Moreover, the garage was large enough to keep our 4 children (under 6) busy with activity on the one rainy day we had (they rode their bikes aroundin the garage and did loads of arts & crafts projects... I have never seen such an expansive garage!). I am already looking forward to my next stay at this property.
