Charming cottage sits on Oceanfront estate with a private steps to Montauk's Premier Ocean beach. Less than a mile to Ditch Plains beach and only a five minute walk to town. The cottage is conveniently located to cafes, delis, and bars. The cottage features a cozy den with HDTV, a complete eat in kitchen, a full bath with 2 bedrooms, including queen size beds. Living room also offers extra sleeping with a full size pull out couch. The Sunporch (12 by 15 feet) has a full size bar and Gas BBQ.

We had a wonderful week in this ocean front cottage. The outdoor spaces are excellent-hammocks in front and back...the ocean front deck is fabulous and cocktails and bon fires down on the beach were magical. The house is small and has very basic appointments. Basic bathroom and kitchen. Great for a couple, maybe two. The owner is great and even welcomed us with refreshments and unpacked the car!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
