I rented this house for a company retreat. It's biggest upside is the number of bedrooms and price—you can't find such a big house at Sundance, and you won't find one as reasonably priced. It's a nice-enough place. There are definitely houses at Sundance that are more beautifully decorated, better-built and with better views, but this place is definitely serviceable, and again, you can't beat the size or price.
We had a couple of small issues—the biggest was that thecleaning crew had accidentally cleaned another house prior to our stay, so they had to come in on a Sunday night and clean before we could move in—but the property manager was impeccably professional about all of it and I felt very well cared for.
The coffee mug situation other renters mention has been totally rectified.

Owner's Response: Yes, our cleaners had done the wrong home by mistake so this one was not ready for our guests...I was so embarrased....she called me to tell me sunday at 4pm and we had 6 people run up there and get it cleaned as fast as we could. The guest was very understanding and I appreciate your patience...you are welcome back anytime!!
