Enjoy beautiful Lake Erie views in a cozy comfortable cabin atmosphere. This two bedroom lodge style home offers a small group or family all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway.

The Lakeview Lodge has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a full bath, comfortable living room with a queen sleeper, full kitchen including a dishwasher and a secluded deck with a fenced-in backyard to enjoy evening cookouts and camfires.

Because this home is directly across the street from our other properities, the Pearl Beach Lakehouse and Lakehurst Bungalow, you will have direct access to your own private beach to spend time swimming and enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Sunrises on the front portch with a cup of coffee will start off your day of fun. Ashtabula County has many recreational opportunities to keep you busy for a long weekend or a full week of relaxation. All the amentities are included, just bring your family or friends and get ready for some real fun and relaxation!

About The Owner

This home is owned by two familes who have been best friends since the late 1980's. The Peason Family (Jim & Judy) and the Trice Family (Rick & Debbie) have been renting vacation homes for the past 4 years and are excited to share this newest home with you, your family and friends. Both families have lived in the area our whole lives and have raised our children along the shores of Lake Erie. Both families enjoy boating, antiques and wine. We have recently taken our love of wine to the next level and are the proud owners of The Winery at Spring Hill in Geneva, Ohio. Come join us for a fun and relaxating vacation!

We purchased several lots and two homes adjacent to this property back in 2006. We have enjoyed meeting the families that have enjoyed our current homes and when given the opportunity to add a home that sits across the street from our current property...WE WERE ECSTATIC!

What makes this house unique

This property was designed and decorated as if our family was going to live all summer here! No attention to detial was missed yet the home has a warm and comfortable feel. Just like home, plus much more...

You have beautiful Lake Erie at your doorstep! Although rental of water-sports equipment is not locally available...there are plenty of boat ramps and opportunities for self-owned water-sports equipment such as kayaking, jet skiing, windsurfing, rafting, power boating, sail boating, waterskiing and tubing! In addition to shelling...do you know what sea-glass is? Plenty of sea-glass finding opportunities on our beach!

Ashtabula County boosts 18 Covered Bridges, including the longest covered bridge in the nation (Smolen-Gulf Covered Bridge) and the shortest covered bridge in the nation (Liberty Street Covered Bridge).

Did someone say winery? We have 21 wineries in the area and the finest winery, The Winery at Spring Hill is less than 10 miles from the Lakeview Lodge!
