• The apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful valleys in the north of Lanzarote, just 1km from the beach. • It is located in a pleasant rural setting, yet close to a fishing village which has several popular bars, restaurants and a fine sandy coastline. • The nearby beach incorporates shower and toilet facilities, and two beach side bars. Further along the coast are many small beaches and sandy coves. • Several of the famous tourist attractions are situated nearby. • The apartment enjoys magnificent views and provides ideal accommodation for 1 or 2 people.

Nearest Ferry: Playa Blanca at 50 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.2 Kilometres
PLACES OF INTEREST • There are a number of places of interest nearby, including Jameos de Agua exhibtion centre, The Green Caves, The Cactus Park, Mirador del Rio and Guinate Tropical Park. • There are a several interesting walks from the apartment which take in the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Grapes, figs, almonds, oranges and lemons are just a few of the many types of produce which grow nearby. The area is a productive source of vegetables for the island.

THE ACCOMMODATION: The apartment incorporates modern and attractive furnishings and fittings throughout. THE KITCHEN is fully equipped and includes a fridge, electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave/oven. THE BATHROOM includes a bath with shower. There is a spacious terrace at the front of the apartment and additional seating areas in the gardens and grounds.

SHOPPING : • There are a small selection of shops nearby in addition to larger stores in and around the capital of Arrecife (20km away.) • Some local shops are open every day of the week. • The cost of goods is generally similar and often cheaper than in the UK.

TRANSPORT: • Car hire rental rates are very reasonable - from around £75 per week (all inclusive) for a group A car. Better rates are normally available for long term rental periods. • Petrol is around one third cheaper than the UK. • The nearest bus stop is approximately half a mile away and there is a service each day to the capital Arrecife. • Taxis are available at modest charges. FLIGHTS TO UK • If you stay incorporates Christmas or Easter period, there are often special offers on flights back to the UK for 1 or 2 weeks. In previous years these have been as cheap as £50 return

Other Activities: Private Spanish lessons are on offer by a local tutor.

Perfect setting - peace and quiet a-plenty, with a real Lanzarote village just minutes away. Real Canarian food, fresh caught and not a 'full English breakfast' sign for miles. Definitely to be recommended.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly recommend the apartments to our friends who like a quiet, away-from-it-all holiday, with all mod cons of course, plus wonderful views. The proximity of the beach - a long stretch of golden sands with new showers and toilets, is an added bonus.
