We stayed with 5 people in july 2012.
We stayed with 5 adult people in this apartment. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking buildings of miami south beach. 2 spacious bedrooms with good beds. It was clean and sufficient linen. The room itself has not enough seating for 5 and the bank is to be replaced. The location was good. With 5-10 minutes on the beach, the promenade, the main shopping street. There is also no noise in the night. Wifi was no problem. So great place to stay when you are in Miami south beach.

Just got back from staying in this apartment and I was so impressed! Lovely apartment with space for seven of us, small kitchen and bathroom and right in South Beach! Great communication with the owners and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Miami Beach :)

Very good and very clean accommodation

House was just as shown on the web site, no bad suprises. And was very clean especially the bathroom... We , 8 people stayed all together and extra bed was supplied. Thanks to Ria for her great help, even we arrived at Miami very late she helped with the check in...
Location of the house is great and at walking distance to ocean's drive. we were lucky to have free parking:) Will definately recommend.

Perfect location, near all the best spots on Washington avenue. Would recommend to anyone. Good business, would stay again.
