You can cycle, walk, or roller blade for miles or surf in the famous Mission Beach waves. Ride the renowned Mission Beach 'Big Dipper' roller coaster and other Belmont amusement park rides. There are picnic areas and playgrounds steps from your door. You are minutes away from shopping, museums at Balboa Park, Sea World, and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Had a fantastic time staying in this condo - the place was clean, safe, and relatively quiet. It had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we needed, and four of us were able to stay there comfortably. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone looking to stay for a few days!

We had a great 5 night stay here. We were traveling with 2 teenagers and the 2 futons worked out perfectly. The unit is all updated and in beautiful shape. We love the Mission Bay area, and loved this unit with its great view and the convenience of both the ocean and the bay being so close. We had a small problem with water temperature in the shower and Dan had it fixed immediately. We would highly recommend this unit and will stay here again when we come back to San Diego.

Excellent Place to Relax

The view and location is fantastic. Condo is like being at home with all the essentials. Could not ask for a better place to relax, walks on the beach, dine, and shop. This location gives you the true feeling of what it would be like to live on the beach permantly. Look forward to many return visits.

Loved our stay here! Condo was completely remodeled and gorgeous. Very well done, down to the details. Very comfortable sleeping. Amazing views out the front window. Across the street from a great beach.
We came here with our kids for a family vacation, and to be honest, "vacations" with kids usually aren't all that great - we are often anxious to get back home, especially because the kids don't sleep well. But, our experience here was so different, we actually ended up extending the vacation an extra night because the kids slept so well and we were having so much fun.
Definitely a wonderful experience and we will absolutely be back!

A Very Enjoyable Return

This is my second stay at this unit, this time returning with my wife and 6 y.o. son. This place was perfect for our short vacation. The unit is well managed, clean, and comfortable. A park on the calm bay-side with a playground was a short walk away, and watching the big waves on the pacific side was a short walk in the other direction. Dan, the owner, deserves special props as he went out of his way to return an article we left behind after checking out. Thanks again!
